You are correct. They never recorded this song as a duet. This is Justin's live version from the Finale and Kelly's not from the same show but rather from the American Idol Las Vegas Concert spliced together. For the record both this song and Before your Love are Diva style songs that fit Kelly's style that Justin was forced to sing the night of the finale, totally unfair.

@Debbie4342 I will try to be politically correct here. Kelly makes Attitude Faces and growls like most divas who were and are originally black. I agree that Kelly can sing, but my point is that America is so fixated with the Power of Pipes and that is not the end all of what singing is about. All I'm saying is that the songs for the season 1 finale were written in a diva style where as Justin had to sing them too. He should have been allowed to sing songs that fit his style as well.
