  • A little silicon bead from one of those silicon packets that the put in leather goods to absorb moisture got stuck in my iPod headphone jack. It's a few year old iPod well beyond warranty, and useless to me unless I can get that bead out. I imagine opening the iPod like this would be my first step, any advice beyond that?

  • @TheRevRockstar I would try as many steps as you can to get it out without taking it apart. Leave that as a last resort. Try a dab of super glue on the end of a tooth pick and carefully set it in on the ball. After it drys see if you can pull it out???
