The creators are currently showing that Sasuke is way more powerful than Naruto and the gap in thier power is ridiculous. I think one of two things will haoppen:

1. Jiraiya finally tells Naruto the truth about what happened to the Uzumaki clan and thier bloodline limits (if any) and help him release his true power.

2. Tsunade will give Kakashi permission to train Naruto from the Secret Scroll he took to learn his Shadow Clone Jutsu becuase Kakashi and Jiraiya cannot train him in Futon.
