Geez guys, I mean, if that IS being a smart ass, that was very minimal.

Think about it. He could have not smiled, turned red in face, and glared her down or refused her request. He could have LASHED out at her or cussed under his breath! (Believe me, some actors do that and in spite of fans) ALSO, if you look closely at his hair and eyes, he looks tired.  Sitting at tables with bright lights talking for extended periods can really wear someone down. Be logical, he's human in real life.k:)

Ah, that's a good point. He is a huge jokester, but I said what I did because of the several people that say Richard is mean.
