G - I worked in a land north of you where making $200k on up, per person, was the norm back in the day. I think it's still called the Silicon Valley - ha ha. They didn't even think about being debt free because the good times would always be around or just on the horizon. So, the dollars earned burned a huge hole in everyone's pockets. I got you beat George. I stepped away from the game as a kid. I looked at the world I had been plopped down into & shook my head in disgust. I do enough to get by, so I don't starve but I have no enthusiasm for it. I earn good money because being poor sucks but all I really want is to be as comfortable as possible while I wait it out.
