If u mean how they tie the lime to the hook, then thread is used. A hole will be punched through the middle of the lime and the thread is inserted and tied to the hook.

oo...it must be heavy right...u from which group...can u give me some infromation about the lime hook things...and if we taking milk and pierce our mouth we can wear the yellow pants right...and the waisky also can right....

the lime is considered auspicious that is why it is used but nowadays u can see ppl putting apples,oranges,coconuts on their bodies.

im not sure abt milk+piercing mouth+yellow pants :)
