  • any protein is gonna give you mass it's about the workout if you don't push you're limits you will not gain muscle...just fat and if you are gonna skyp a month ex. you will be skinny again because you put just fat on you and not muscle so after the workout and at night before sleeping take a coup of protein powder but ......don't take more then 2 cups \day max 3

  • you right lasema, but remember you have to rest alot, its about eating and resting.

  • @TheLaserna if your a skinny guy chances are you probably have a very high metabolism and your body burns though all you eat.. in order for your body to build more muscle you need to 1) workout your muscles to stimulate them to grow. and 2) you need to be eating more calories that you are burning. so basicly for you; you will need to eat a lot and work out.. no product will pack on muscle for you if you don't work out,, if anything you will just get fat.. so: (work out + eat good) = gain muscle

  • @thelifeuwant thanks dude, yeah so im going to be eating lots of lean meats and i want to try this serious mass over a period of time just to see if i c or fell any gains etc.
