I have the Kendra dry shampoo and it's lasted me way longer than 2 uses.. The salon lady I got it from told me to spray it only in my roots though.

@bunbunlovesbacon Try bringing in pictures of the style you want and showing your stylist. You could find images/screen shots of Shantea or people with similar cuts on Google images I bet :) Just make sure to get more than one angle of it (e.g. front, back, side, etc.) Hope that helps!

@lilqtxanq3l try the travel size version of "It's a 10 Miracle Leave In Product." Apply it to damp/toweled dry hair and comb. It should make your hair feel smoother.
