  • I see... a PC with HDMI, but it has ps2 ports. Odd.

  • Thank good video

  • Tried building it myself about five years. The building process was easy, it's just the troubleshooting that was frustrating. I got it running, but not beeps, just all the fans spinning. I don't have any spare parts to try and figure out what was broken, so I had to RMA each and every part until I finally got it to work. Two months later same problem. I ended up paying someone to fix it. Now I only buy prebuilt computer from Ironside Computers. It's nice to have a computer working out of the box

  • pfft. (pink screwdriver)

  • 2:18 Made in Malaysia. I from Malaysia :D

  • hay??!!...ive got that exact case....but building my new PC soon...and that means new case

  • Nice Case :D

  • You suck at cable management!

  • fun fact: if you screw up the front panel wires 11:40 (my motherboard came with the pc didnt have a manuel for it) you could end up causing a power cut in your house loll.

  • oh god cables everywhere! it hurt to look at

  • Watch newegg.com how to video this guy is ignorant

  • Yes putting in the Ram is simple but compared to the Fisher price ur risking up to 200 bucks of hardware lol the mother board and Ram XD

  • this makes it easy to put a pc together , but i would like to know how to pick out the parts and if they would work with each other, never built a pc before and ignorant on the subject but fascinated with this , any resources

  • "once it's in, you'll know"

  • made in Malaysia,,,nice!!

  • I find this very difficult to masturbate to..,....

  • This guy is one of the best at teaching.

  • rarly static yourself your wearing a WOOL sweater i dont belive you !

  • How do you know what power supply to buy for a computer build?

  • @95BrickSquad you may go to outervision PSU calculator, (google it...) and calcule how much your PC will consume...

  • @95BrickSquad Look at power your graphic card needs, add the CPU, then 20W per harddisk or optical drive, and look for a PSU which can supply this power on 12V with some wiggle room (total rated power of the PSU will be around 100W higher because of 5v/3.3v consumers). Don't buy crappy cheap PSUs. If you need it to be inexpensive, maybe Corsair or XFX. Once you start hitting 450W actual power consumption in your PC, it gets a bit trickier and you might want to consult some experts.

  • I Have This Case And Truthfully I Do NOT Recommend This Case... The Case Is Thermaltake V3 Black Edition.

    ASUS M489GTD PRO USB3

    AMD 1090t (Six Core Processor)

    8Gb Sector 5 Ram

    Thermaltake V3 Black Edition Case

    XFX 5750 (soon Getting A ZOTAC 560)

    2TB Samsung 7200-rpm

  • what is the name of the case

    please let me know

i am planning to build a gaming computer with amd fx6100

it is a six core by the way

  • simplyazn.blogspot.com check out my blog about the latest news and computer builds, every view helps me :) Like so people can see this

  • nice screwdriver...

  • yeah. "very easy" )))

  • there are SO many "thats what she said" moments in this video :)

  • @IIzzANONYMOUSzzII thats what she said

  • @IIzzANONYMOUSzzII lmao ikr?!

  • isnt bauer is a hockey company?

  • those AMD fan stickers are never on properly! what is the deal with that?

employ a new AMD fan sticker stickerer AMD!!! the one you have is lazy!

  • @DaGleese LOOOOL stickerer

  • Comment removed

  • @XSteveSteve HAHA :P

  • :nan:nan

  • were did u get that kit

  • You're screwdriver is gay:)

  • Cable management 101

  • In my opinion before you put in the motherboard you should plug the power supply into the motherboard and put the video card in so you can see the monitor so you can check and see if all the parts are working or not, ya never know if ya have a good part or not and i wouldn't wanna take all the parts out of the computer if you find out your cpu is messed up

  • Thank you so much! Even thought I'm not using AMD Vision this has been the most informative and well directed video ever!

  • why not use rubber gloves when handling the cpu?

    makes sense, no??

  • @walidb123 That's what I always wonder!

  • 30 mins to 17 :S :D

  • Ooooh so THAT'S what those screws are for 06:25

I feel like a retard, hope nothing fries haha

  • @EnsiGeetard Please take you MOBO out and install them, or it could get expensive.

  • @mclmatty, are they really that important? (not an idiot, just trying to gather as much information as I can)

I put together a rig for my sister without them, and I had problems booting it up, but after loosening the mobo screws it worked perfectly, untill the PSU died (which was the PSU's fault, tested with another PSU and it worked fine.)

  • @EnsiGeetard Yea they are really important. The death of that PSU could be a short out from the MOBO. If you don't understand what shorting out is. Its just something (e.g. the back of your case) carrying electricity to the wrong place and almost 10 times out of 10 that will cause a MOBO to die.

  • It's basically very simple, I must add.

  • 15:57 nice cable management

  • @number1nicepeterfan o sorry :\

  • @number1nicepeterfan you are two if ur watching the video

  • If I have a HDD with windows XP and all my stuff on it, can I use it and then buy another HDD/SDD and install windows 7 on the new one? Will there be any problem if I have both windows in the PC.

  • Nice screwdriver :P

  • do not push on the CPU

  • Boxcooler NOOBS

Boxcooler is a very big shit

  • Who counted how meny times he said "It's very, very simple."?

  • very very simple :P haha

  • 7:10 - 36 people cut themselves.

  • IF i want to be extra cheap couldnt i just take a side panel off my computer and have a fan i plug into the wall blow air into the computer

  • @womboful wouldnt that blew loads of dust and stuff into your computer lol cheapo

  • Nice thermal spreading

  • Crap, complete crap. better have been worth at the very most 300 bucks or less.

My current **LAPTOP** would completely destroy this Tower and it was just a little over 400 bucks.

  • @YouLoveKesha1 obvious retard is retarded. its for demonstration purposes dumb fk.

  • @hellx159 Someone needs to get hooked on phonics. -nugde nudge- :D

  • @YouLoveKesha1 hey hey! no nudging in this part of the town

  • @hellx159 I apologize, it was completely inappropriate of me.

    -nudge nudge- ;D

  • @YouLoveKesha1 oh you!

  • @YouLoveKesha1 Do you look at the upload date? This was made a year ago

  • when i first thought about building my own pc i thought it was gonna be solder this soldre that

now i see its easier than punching a wall

  • what do you do if you no longer have a manual

  • I like amd almost always an easy build

  • There are so many that's what she said moments in this video.

  • awesome

  • The case is a thermaltake V3 by the looks of it. I just ordred it the other day so it was nice to get a look at how everything's gonna fit in it

  • @TitillatingTravis I'd like to add that this case is only 40 dollars on newegg and comes with a free LG DVD burner right now, so if you want it now's the time

  • What case?

  • NICE TUTORIAL

  • So, do all those wires and cables come with the Motherboard?

  • @MegaPheonix7 a lot of cables should come with the case and power supply, a few with the motherboard

  • WHEN ITS IN YOU LIKE TO JIGGLE IT AROUND A LITTLE BIT?

    jessus people these days

  • good vid

  • Hi ! Just have one question. I also have amd processor and stock cooler. Now, i just want to know, are the stock coolers good, because i have little problems with my, and do i have to buy other CPU cooler?

    Ty :)

  • @eLLecTry Stock cooler is worthless, try buy hyper 212+ for a quiter, better cooling and is also cheap you can overclock your cpu without overheating the processor.

  • @vadvilldu99 The stock cooler on AMD Phenom II X4 is probably better than any low-budged coolers you can find out there.

  • @drago433 Hyper 212+ does not stack with the low-budged coolers since it acts almost like Noctua NH-D14 the diffrence is some degrees.. I have tested them both

  • @vadvilldu99 my point is for overclocking even the stock cooler for the Phenoms II X4-6-8 and above is quite good, no point in spending money. Unless you live in a very hot country.

  • @drago433 I live in Sweden which is very cold, and coman 22£ for a much quiter and better cpu cooling, If you aren't a gamer and not annoyed by the sound of WZZZZZZZZ then keep the stock cooler otherwise buy a hyper 212+ and forget the WZZZZZZZZ sound, Now we are talking about how it acts, i find hyper 212+ looks alot better then stock

    Stock cooler : 55degrees idle

Hyper 212+ / Artic silver thermal paste : 40degrees idle

    Noctua DH-14 /artic silver thermal paste : 33degrees

  • @vadvilldu99 my phenom II's stock cooler keeps @ 43 degrees and its quiet so i think its quite gamer oriented so go shove that info where the sun dont bloody shine and shut up.

  • @drago433 So what you are saying now is that stock cooler , cools better then a hyper 212+ ? Either you are on siberia otherwise lying is not your thing

  • @vadvilldu99 its going 3 degrees hotter... last time checked 43 isnt less than 40.

p.s. im not going to spend 80$+ on a fucking cooler you stupid dib.

  • might be overkill but use a foam swap with rubbing alchohol to get rid of the human oil rather than a clean sock like this guy did.. also that board wobbles alot on that table, is the mobo warped/dished?

  • Press 5 repeatedly!

  • I never came by to say this, but about 4 months ago I used this video as a reference when building my PC. It works flawlessly. Thanks!

  • @Joostrevo you need an operating system

  • 2:20 super awkward silence

  • Ooh i remeber this video when it came out. Very helpful

  • newegg tutorial is better

  • Greatly detailed video! Exactly what I was looking for!

  • the screwdriver is the manliest thing i`ve ever seen^^ xD

  • @MrMain65 umm heyy i have a very smiler question to @xav1uz that is what wattage psu would i need for these specs??

    ASUS M2N68-AM PLUS - motherboard - micro ATX - Socket AM2+ - GeForce 7025 - Socket AM2+

AMD Athlon II X4 3 GHz Processor =

    Corsair XMS3 4 GB: 2 x 2 GB Memory - DIMM 240-pin - 1600 MHz (PC3-12800)

WD Caviar Blue 500 GB Internal hard drive - 300 MBps - 7200 rpm

    NVIDIA® GeForce GT220 1GB PCI-E Graphics Card

LG CH10LS20 Super Multi Blue - DVD drive

  • @glennismade go to the newegg website and on the left or the page with the psu's on it there is a calculator that tells what psu you need

  • Should have watched this before starting :(

  • I got a problem. I've connected everything but nothing shows up on my screen

  • the screwdriver is very gay XDDDD

  • @xfujikix I thought it was sexy...

  • @xfujikix screw driver is fuckin awesome

  • 11:30 my computer cares

  • Just bought my new pc (4240 us$)

  • hey can someone quick tell me how much watts i need to power these parts

GPU: XFX Radeon HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 "Dual Fan"

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 970 Black Edition

  • @xav1uz 500w

  • @MrMain65 fuck i have a 550watt but ordered 750watt xD

  • @xav1uz That's a good thing if you want to upgrade in the future...

  • @PAINmedia yeah i got my stuff yesterday now i have installed the 750watt now so yeah as you said its good for future upgrades :D

  • @xav1uz i dont have a dual fan i have xfx 6870 4gigddr2 x4 955 pro

    500watt work good

  • Oh and my budget is 300$

  • @snakeeyes5641 You can't really build shit for 300 USD! If so... it's going to pretty much suck dick...

  • @snakeeyes5641 300$? Atleast make it 600.

  • Does anyone know if this is good for someone who just wants to play portal half life 2 etc. Because my crappy computer can hardly play portal

  • how much does this kit cost???

  • What happens when you don't install the risers?

  • @imoroney bad things mobo gets grounded. you may and may not see an overpriced fireworks show. it'll short out basically. fry the whole or most of the build likely.

  • wow my pc for only 600 dolalrs is eathing this ... and shame of you for the GPU !!!!

  • @000CODE000 Its also a year old video.

  • @gamemstr92 yea but again!!! realy for store that had in that time like gf8800 9800 gts 250 ....

  • 7:02 - 7:20 That's what she said.

  • there something that you forgot ....cable management//:)

  • they are not pins they are pads.

  • @nerdguy1235 AMD has pins, intel has pads.

  • Oh no you'd better give Bowser back his screwdriver!

  • how much $ a kit like that cost

  • what kind of case did he use?

  • why would build a motherboard on top of a table, you can bend the pins on that back, and get a shit load of errors. you noob. side note that shit looks like a rats nest.

  • @Spright0

Aren't you also not supposed to touch anywhere on the motherboard besides the plastic heat syncs and the sides?

  • newegg said dont press down when instaling the cpu lol

  • secrew those screws

  • go newegg

  • Dont press on the cpu dawg ZIF , zero insertion force.

  • I have to say you were kind of sloppy you shouldn't touchthe graphic card back.

  • The Crosshair IV Extreme will feet on Thermaltake v3 black edition?!?!?? Please respond me???

  • WOOHOO Florida FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Fisher Price? When i was a kid, i used to play with stones......and myself.

  • I put togather pc's all day in my bedroom. I wish someone would take pics of me when I do it :(

  • i was thinking of building my own pc and was wondering if the cables to connect to the wall come included in the case or are they sold separately?

  • @INeeedSpoons Do you mean the power plug??

Yeah it comes with the power supply.

  • once its in you'll know. XD 7:15

  • would a computer with a 955 x4 processor and a 6870 CPU need an extra cooler or am is it fine?

  • anyone know the case?

  • @stip27 Thermaltake V3 Black Edition Excelent case :)

  • made in malaysia? i didn't know that...

  • made in malaysia?

  • What do you guys think about psu direction? I think its best to vent the air out. That way keeps case and every other component cooler.

  • 66,666 Viewer!!!! Yay now I finally have something to gloat about.

  • @YouHaveNoArgument

    AtI HD4650

  • @ussike30 Mmmmmmm, product license numbers make me horny.

  • OOO GOD HIS HAIR LOOKS FUC*KED ! lol but yer this guys cool anyways

  • fuck that shit

  • "...give it a little press..."

What about the Zero Pressure (or whatever) rule?

  • I like how everything is "very simple" xD nice tut tho :)

  • When you finish, what happens when you turn it on? What do you have to install?

  • @baggedyman You have to install a operating system on the hard drive (windows 7 or what ever you decide) and any other programs or software you want on the computer. Hope this helped.

  • @westsidereject Thanks. Also, how do you install the latest drivers for stuff like graphics cards?

  • @baggedyman An Operation System, like Windows or Linux
