Wow this really helps especially when you show how the tongue supposed to be. I watched other videos but cudn't make it work. This tongue technique is way easier for me. Awesome!

i don know about others but it really helped me learn to whistle....but  the two finger technique didnt work for me..but the thumb and the middle finger technique does work...Thank you:)

@abhisheksirsikar for me it was the other way 'round: I first managed to whistle when somebody showed me the four-finger technique. I'd always failed with two fingers ;-)

This is gonna sound wierd, but your 4-fingered technique didnt work for me, but the technique works when I use the thumb and pointer finger. odd....so i guess I should still thank you. Thanks, lol. :)

@ytfjordan haha, for me it's the other way round: I always failed with the thumb-and-index-finger technique... Then somebody told me to try it with four fingers and it worked.

Well i started to get the hang of it , i have a big gap between my fingers and lips , and a big space between my tongue and lower lip like a hole or something like that , when i relax my lower lip i get a higher tone , thk a lot it really worrked 4 me :P with a lot of practice ( 4hours )

just keep on trying, you're almost there. vary the fingers', lips' and tongue's position very slightly until the faint whistling sound becomes less and less faint ;)
