  • Stretching does not last like this exercise as the clogged muscle at the side of the belly soon after the stretch returns to the pre-stretch state.

    But this training lasts! The sense of this training is like the opposite of stretching while I tight the tight place. Then the key is to breath into the tight place releases the tight muscle from its habit . Excellent technique!

  • This is amazing. I've been dealing with chronic Psoas tightness for over a year, which has caused a host of injuries (during triathlon, running, cycling etc)

    After doing this somatic exercise everyday for only three days, I can really sense and "feel" my Psoas. Very profound improvement overall.
