Also, to further the thread, it is also wise for people to understand that under Shoghi Effendi's writings the BIC is his successor--which is the UHJ in embryonic form, therefore this institution with the delineated executive-legislative branches are mandatory harmonious aspects of it & cannot be authenticated outside of this divine delineation.
The British monarchy are the true heirs of king david, King davids throne was to be rulers of all israel the anglo-saxon cetlic people are israel today:
-the throne of David is a perpetual monarchy: Ps. 89:35-37, Jer. 33:17, II Sam. 7:13,16, II Chron. 13:5
-Israel's new home northwest of Palestine: Is. 49:12, Jer. 3:18, 31:8
-would colonize, spreading abroad: Gen. 49:22, Ps. 2:8, Zech. 10:8-9, Is. 26:15, 27:6
-Israel to have a change in name: Is. 65:15, Hosea 2:17
The British monarchy is not descended from David on the throne line. The throne line of Kings went from Babylonian exile up into Persia until returning to the Holy Land with the coming of Baha'u'llah. Today the current heir is alive & well in the United States.
Adam, all your points are well-established. Abdu'l-Baha did delineate that Shoghi Effendi must accomplish his duties of fulfilling the UHJ--which according to BOTH Abdu'l-Baha & His grandson should have the PRESIDENT (executive branch) residing! For those who are apparently not educated in Baha'i history--Baha'u'lluh stated His UHJ would be established on Mt. Carmel, where the current placements are for it to be constructed already exist, so no other place could be the legitimate UHJ.
shoghi never appointed another guardian in his 'life time' therefore he didnt have a succesor. he signed a document saying shoghi effendi didnt assign a seccesor. can you tell me why he signed it if he was asigned as the 2nd guardian?
Shoghi was the "unique" guardian, NOT on the throne of David, as he was from the female line of David through The Master's daughter. It is fact that 'Abdu'l-Baha adopted as his "real son" Charles Mason Remey (see bupc dot org for more) whom Shoghi appointed by welcoming as President (executive, pg. 15 of W&T) of the IBC/UHJ. The Will states that if Shoghi had no biological son, he MUST appoint "another branch [persian:ghusn]", a male descendant of 'Abdu'l-Baha. He had no other choice.
Jesus never sat on the throne of David, as he said "my kingship is not of this world". The Davidic king alive at the time of Jesus was Liunan bar Babutan who was in Babylonian captivity in the area of Baghdad. This lineage continued from father to son to this day. The current Davidic King is the president of Baha'u'llah's UHJ (uhj dot net), the Kingdom of God on earth.
that may have some merit, but If we look the way Jesus taught alot of symbolism was used when he spoke, alot of symbolism was used in the biblcal text period as i understand its a covenantal book old testament the Abrahamic covenant (land) the Davidic covenant (ruling at an everlasting throne) new testament we see it was fulfilled by christ he inherited the whole earth and he rules and reignsfrom an everlasting throne in heaven at the right hand of the father!!! do you agree?
Actually, Jesus sits at the right hand of the one seated "upon the throne" (all through Revelation) which is the Everlasting Father (Isaiah 9) that brings God's government to earth. The Covenant to David, which is one half of the Covenant to Abraham, says that there will always be a man seated on the throne of David, & that this throne & lineage will endure forever (Psalms 89). Jesus just didn't sit on this throne. His throne is different, & only heavenly.
it looks like you are saying that Jesus is sitting at the right hand of the guy you are pushing to be your "Everlasting Father" how can this be!!!!! Jesus was seated before this guy was even concieved!!!!Jesus said before abraham he was, jesus was there at creation, Alpha and Omega, first to last, begining and the end. ( all through relevation) this seems to me that Jesus talks as if one who is everlasting. Jesus and God are one
The same way that Jesus was in the Plan of God from the beginning (before Abraham was, I am) so was Baha'u'llah, the "Glory of God". Also, the Everlasting Father is not God, as God is "Spirit" and "no man hath seen God", but that title refers to a potency of Revelation, just as Jesus is called "the Son". Baha'u'llah comes in the potency of "the Father" & actually sat "upon the throne of David"
Adam - Jeff - you continually ask why I do not answer your queations - The answer to that is found in Matt. 7:6 - and still the whining continues - enough is frankly enough. End of the subject!!!!
Before you quoted Matt. 6:7 and NOT Matt. 7:6. Do you understand now the confusion? And actually, that just begins a new subject. What a convenient verse to put forth as an EXCUSE as to why you won't back up your previous accusation. Paul says "Come, let us reason together" but you refuse to enter into a dialogue, instead referring to us as pigs. I thought you left childish things behind. If you are so done here, just stop typing. It's really easy. That is, unless you can't stop.
The words in Matt. 7:6 were spoken by Jesus Christ - hard to believe that anyone would think quoting Christ was childish - your insults have no effect on me - I consider the source. See if you can refrain from commenting further.
Come now, certainly you can admit that ANY words, no matter who originally spoke them, can be used in a childish way. I don't know who think you're kidding if you think I'll refrain from responding to comments on my videos. I personally appreciate ANY comments, even ones as stagnant as yours, as they help get the videos more views. Thanks for the assistance.
How are you today? Long time no see. Boy, you must just love this video about the Everlasting Covenant, huh? Just can't get enough. That's great! It is after all the only thing that can bring Peace & Justice to this wartorn and weary world. Thank you for aiding in the projection of this Good News of the Kingdom! Cheers.
Timple,we find many intelligent Christians capable of pointing out verses to consider; most those discussions run there course, & we all walk away from it with new insights & better for it. But U see with U there hasn't been a "subject" to end, for it never began; U tried to attack us saying we're twisting the scriptures & when asked how U say U're unwilling to cast pearls before swine? That's what's astounding to me. You hold the record for words typed with zero to say. Congratulations.
Timple, that's all fine and dandy. No worries. U just used 4 comment boxes to say basically nothing; other than to lecture me about civility. I was just thinking you might bother to use that time and space productively. Apparently not. You're here taking random pot shots at our beliefs and our teaching efforts. When asked what are we "twisting" in the scriptures your reply is that you have no reply. Well, your job is apparently done here. We're wrong, God'll be the judge. Dually noted. Cheers.
Jeff I never had a job to do on this blog - the fact that you think I did is interesting. Your teaching efforts are of no concern to me and your beliefs I do not agree with. I have never said I have no reply, it's just not the one you want. At the end you agree that God will be the Judge and say dually noted - I presume you mean duly noted. at least I hope thats what you mean.
If our teaching efforts are of "no concern" to you, why do you continue to watch the videos and comment? The truth is, you really don't have any reply other than to say OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again that you don't like how we respond. You refuse to enter into a conversation about the scriptures after accusing us of "twisting" them, & my hunch is that you're just sticking around to try and "catch us" saying something "mean" to you. What's up, really?
As I said, I put away childish things - as my Lord said " don't waste what is holy on people who are unholy. Don't throw your pearls to pigs! They will trample the pearls, then turn and attack you." - a warning from the Lord is always suffices.
If that's really how you feel about us and are going to judge us in that way, please refrain from commenting here any more, as I would hate for you to continue to waste your and our time. Sincerely, Adam
Jeff - you indicated tha we were finished here - I have already said that I don't agree with any of the video's and my disageements have been well established in books and pamphlets - but you foolishly assumed that they didn't exist - this should serve as a lesson to you - Assumptions are very often wrong.
What's up with you? All we can possibly know of you and what you've got to say is what you put forth in these comments. Your behavior is getting more and more childish by the moment, "this should serve as a lesson to you". Are you serious? The fact is you haven't presented anything here to us, so as far as we know, they don't exist. You seem afraid to put them to scrutiny.
I quoted directly from the Bible- Matt, 6:7 and speaker is Jesus Christ. I notice you pick up words I use and you found it necessary to invade my privacy - bad move - You accuse me of all your own faults and yet you are unable to recognize them in yourself - I am tired of your constant whining and rudeness and your insistance that you are entitled to something from me. I have no more time to waste on you.
What does that verse have to do with the Everlasting Covenant? What do you mean "pick up words I use" and "invade my privacy"? Your name is right on your public profile. What faults have I accused you of? I've only requested that you back up your accusation with anything substantial. I don't feel "entitled" at all, but as long as you keep posting, I'll try to engage in a real discussion.
Timple, why would you engage in a conversation, then get annoyed and rude towards us for asking you to back up an accusation like "you're twisting the scriptures"? It's odd to you that we'd want to know the basis for this attack?
I signed out as per your and Adam's request but you can't accept that. If you know anything about Firesides here - it is that the guest who does the listening and even in my own home I was the guest.- nice touch - little old lady - wolf in sheep's clothing. No I have never told anyone that they would be damned by GOD - I'm not God - I recognize that it is God judges everyone. now if you could manage to stop showing up on my e-mails , it would be much appreciated!!!!!
I didn't say you had to sign out, I said "if that's really how you feel about us" then you should stop wasting your own time as well as ours. As long as you keep commenting and engaging in discussion, I'm going to respond in the hope that someday we might actually get down to discussing the scriptures. Again, how does Matt. 6:7 relate to the Everlasting Covenant?
Timple, I thought *you* were finished here, as U have nothing to comment about these videos, nor anything specific to contribute. I'm perplexed how you feel I "assumed" any of this, when I never stated any such thing, nor had U eluded to any of your writings before. U must be thinking another seemingly endless nonversation you're having. I am impressed at your ability to fill up countless comment boxes with semantics and rhetoric, so I have no doubt you've filled countless pages as well. Kudos.
Keep up with the blog Jeff - I have no more time to waste on you - your insults, your nastiness, your whining, your sarcasam and your inability to remain civil - to say nothing of your arrogance - It's a shame - no one else seems to be corresponding with you - perhaps there is good reason for that.
I guess you haven't noticed that we're regularly busy responding to hundreds of comments, not just yours. God's blessings to you. "All are created by God"
Love this approval pending thing you have on again. Don't you trust your Fellow men? by the way I am not one of the people trying to get your video's taken off the internet, although that I know some who are. As far as I am concerned you can stay right where you are and GOD will be yor Judge. IHS.
Some people write in with only profanity, others post a dozen posts at a time just to fill up the space & push real discussions down. I'm wondering, do you ever plan to explain your accusations about "twisting the scriptures"? Or are you just going to keep trying to start an argument, just so you can say, "See I told you"? It's about time you bring your proof.
Tomorrow, I will cause to be placed before your UHJ the same message placed before the Haifa House - they understood they were neither being accused or attacked but receiving a very great difference of opinion and their reply spoke graciously to that. We will find out if your UHJ is equally gracious.
Jeff - when and if comments get past pending approval - You would indeed hate it if I chose to engage you in an arguement - but rest assured I have no intention of arguing with you and no intention of laughing at you
Timple, I was LOLing at the absurdity of the comment that you don't want to argue when that's exactly what you're doing; I wasn't LOLing you personally. There's no need to martyr yourself.
Is it too much to ask that state your opinion without the semantics? So far all we know is you disagree, and think we're disingenuously twisting the scriptures? What caused you to come to such conclusions? We don't need to actually argue to state our opinions. As Paul said, "come let us reason together".
Jeff - you never diappoint - you were laughing at the absurdity of my comment and that still means you were laughing at my expense and then of course the silly comment about my being a martyr that's sarcasm. I never used the word disingenous- I hope you will learn the difference between opinions, comments, arguements and acusations.. you know even in the Bahai books that I have read, they suggest you always behave with civility.
All you seem able to do is criticize what you perceive as negative intentions when typing. You must really be unable to provide a single instance of "twisting" to back up your accusation. Are you trying to cover up your earlier comments so you don't have to live up to them?
Adam - I think you are sincere and you are making your best effort to put your beliefs before the public, while I do not agree with your beliefs - I can not fault you for your efforts with the video's - it is your replies to the bloggers that seems to be at odds with your message.
There's nothing to argue about. However, the Imams of Islam supported the throne of David and had the duty of protection of the line of David, as Hagar was the handmaiden of Sarah, so the line of Ishmael was the protector of the line of David throug Isaac.
No, I mean like arguments using Islamic texts to show a proof for your religion, not one specifically against Islam. I live near a Bahai temple; I went to it once. I like the concept, I ought to familiarize myself with it.
My comment is in no way against Islam, but is to point out that Muhammad commanded the Imams (His successors) to protect the line of David, which is the line of Baha'u'llah, because Muhammad knew the prophecies of the Bible for the coming Prince of Peace and 2nd Christ.
Also, there are numerous proofs from the Quran concerning the Baha'i Revelation. None have seemed appropriate however when having dialogue with christians about christian-related issues.
No, I know. I guess what I am saying is, I'd like to see a video that shows the things your religion fulfilled that Islam predicted, other than just the obvious.
5th, that's like trying to teach Christianity to Jews. You can, but they're just dug in about it. This is no offense to Islam, but the Ottoman's martyred our Founder, and about 20,000 of his followers. Baha'u'llah's coming is talked about in the Koran. Even says he'd come from Nur. But they think that Muhammed was the last Prophet, so the challenge is relating that we understand "Seal of the Prophets" differently.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A 2nd CHRIST. Yahoshua came once to sow the seat of truth and will return to harvest. He will not WALK the earth for him is given a SWORD TO RULE AND TO JUDGE. The only one coming to proclaim his "greatness" is the anti Massiah the acursed one who is out of the house of Satan!!!
I understand that the good news of the return of Christ can be a bit shocking. The word "Christ" literally means "an anointed male lineal descendent of King David", so the only ones who are "anti-christ" are those against the continuation of the line of David ON EARTH, as this is the Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.
Sorry, but no where in scripture it is said Yahoshua will come back to life and reignn on earth. His Kingdom is NOT OF THIS WORLD IT IS A HEAVENLY KINGDOM AND THERE HE WILL RULE!! HE IS OF Yshr'yl out of the line of Da'ud and from the tribe of Yehudi. The Yehudims are in Excile along with the 11 tribes o Yshrael. Go read the scriptures and ask Yahweh the Holy One and the Saviour of true Yshr'yl for guidance.
I didn't say that "Jesus" Christ came back to life, but that Christ "returned". See video "return of Christ" for explanation. Jesus is from the tribe of Judah, which is why he is called "Christ". However, he is NOT from the throne line which continued in exile in Babylon and went into Persia and now continues today in the United States with the great-grandson of 'Abdu'l-Baha.
Konankramer, mixing Hebrew and English doesn't make you look smarter, just arroganter. We get it, you like talking down to us. So as an authority on all this will you be providing us dimwits with anything based on actual Scripture? Noone said Jesus was coming back to life;the 2nd Christ had come. It can be shown how the Bible paints a picture of 2 distinctly separate Christs, not one. "these are the two annointed ones that rule the whole world"(Zch 4:14).
Who said you where dimwits. Did I use that word and where am I mixing hebrew with English. By using the true hebrew names you erroneously call jezus? The truth is in the name of the son YAH-HO-SHUA meaning salvation is from YAH! who is YAH? There is One annointed!! Yahoshua ha Massiah! The same who bought us humans free from death through sin.
That's cool, use whatever language you want. However, the Bible says there are 2 anointed ones plainly in Zechariah 4:14. Did you read that verse as cited above by Jeff before coming back and denying what he had written? Do you go by what's in the Bible? Check it out - 2 anointed ones - TWO Messiahs.
Okay then, show me quotes from scripture together with context. Remember that scripture was written in Hebrew and translated. Do't forget to read ad xplain ni the hebrew context!!!!
I just did. Read Zechariah chapter 4, he explains that the 2 Olive Branches represent the "two anointed ones who stand before the Lord of the whole earth." You said there is "One annointed!!", but the Bible says differently. Read it for yourself.
Yes, and there is much more. All throughout the Old Testament are numerous detailed prophecies concerning Jesus and Baha'u'llah. We offer a Free education in our "Fireside" classes. The best thing is to come to our main campus in the Rocky Mountains. However, much of this info. is available online. Like to know more?
thank you,I appreciate the fact that UR willing to share something with me,you consider valuable!!... However, I take my classes from the Most high and Yahoshua!! Shalawam brother
Does God speak to you from a booming voice in the sky? Last time I checked, recieving His Message was conditional upon turning to His Messengers. I don't speak of myself, as I'm only a servant and follower of the Prophets. I suspect you don't want to know more about the 2nd Christ as it might conflict with what you've already decided is the only truth.
:D nope, throuhg his word, the scripture and when I don't understand something I read I'll ask AYAH to clearify it for me. I don't decide what is truth AYAH established it allready!! AYAH certainly doesn't speak in a "boomig" voice to you! You see I know AYAH is never changing, failing himself or his words nor promises. That is why I can discern anything you present to me as truth ... YOUR TRUTH.
So it sounds as though you're opposed to God revealing anything new to humanity, is that right? You're missing the point that God makes Himself known only through His Messengers, as the scriptures state. And if you close your eyes to the prophecies concerning God's Promised One for Today, then you have found yourself in Judgement Day, when you decide to either investigate the proof for Baha'u'llah or ignore it.
we can all investigate Baha "u"llah but we will not all come to the same conclusion.
And it seems to me that it is high time that you respected that. YOU DO NOT SPEAK FOR GOD! YOU SPEAK FOR YORSELF and it's time you admitted that. You are not exactly a fountain of knowledge.
I respect your right to believe whatever you want. Of course I don't speak for God personally, but His prophesied Manifestations do. What's the problem here? Is there something in this video that you disagree with? If so, what & why.
Adam, I do not believe that Baha'u'llah spoke for GOD and that is not a problem for me nor should it be one for you! I have read the ridiculous arguements here and I have no desire to be part of that.
I wrote to say what I thought - that should be obvious - I said I have no wish to engage in ridiculous arguements and that is what I have read below when you engage with other people. Not discussion, arguements!!!
Geez Timple, for someone who does not "wish to engage in ridiculous arguements" you sure do post a lot of comments throughout adamjacob9's video archive. All of which are defamatory and accusatory, yet devoid of specifics about your issues. You have now stated over and again "you're twisting the scriptures to suite your beliefs" without providing a reference for these accusations. You don't wish to engage in arguments? LOL. I'd hate to see you when you decide to then.
I have said nothing to defame you or accuse you - I have offered my opinion and I have yet to make an arguement. Funny I have said the same thing to other Bahai's and they understand that I am giving my opinion - and when they much the same thing to me - I understand that they are giving their opinion.Nice that your laughing out loud - civility it "seems" is something you may not be familiar with.
Saying that someone is "twisting the scripture" is certainly accusatory. I understand that it is your opinion (though as yet unsupported), but it is an accusation nonetheless. And considering the consequences described in the Bible for intentionally leading someone astray, it is indeed a very serious accusation. Care to respond and finally address this issue?
The Bible does indeed say that there will be severe consequences for anyone who intentionally leads God's people astray and I must say if I were you, I certainly would be concerned about that! By the way this if the first time that you have brought this issue up to me. Worry alittle more about youself and don't waste time wondering about how I reach my conclusions I believe in free investigaion and using the brain that GOD gavr me!!!
Do you care to comment on this video? It is about the Everlasting Covenant of God, have you watched it? What have you learned "using the brain that God gave" you? How have I "twisted the scriptures" in this video? Are you even able to back up your earlier accusations with one solid example? Do you accept the Everlasting Covenant of God?
I have watched all the video's you have on You Tube. I have learned that you like to have control, you like to call the shots - and there's the rub - I won't cede control to you. I could have said you attack much of what I believe in, but I have put away childish things. You are just giving your opinion and you sound a lot like clergy to me.
The clergy of the world make their living off of feeding people lies for the most part. We don't get a dime, nor would we ever want any material gain from teaching the Cause of God. When you say "I won't cede control" are you referring to your inability to back up your earlier accusation? Take a look at your motives here. I'm just teaching, following the method & style of Jesus & his apostles.
Sorry Adam - You are nothing like my Saviour, your method and your style are your own and your words come from a man named Mirza Husayn Ali - who proclaimed himself to be Baha u llah - the Glory of God - the distinction being that he claimed himself to be the return of Christ and I have yet to see you offer an ounce of proof of that.
The proof has been set forth. I don't know who you claim your savior to be, but I don't think most Christians would recognize Jesus Christ if he stood right in front of them, as most have an image of the "other Jesus" spoken of in the Bible. "All are created by God"
Interesting you've engaged in this discussion with "other Baha'is"; is this like a hobby? Going about rehashing your dissenting opinion again and again? What are you hoping to accomplish by chiming in with your unsubstantiated accusations? Just wanted to share your "opinion"? Well share it already. So far you haven't shared anything specific; only your intolerance for ideas that differ from your preconceived notions about the Bible.
It's a shame you can't remain civil- and you call me intolerant - well as someone once said "I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to death - your right to say it!" I believe in that statement and that does not speak intolerance. I suggest you read your replies to all the bloggers and then you will understand what intolerance really is - you will see it written in your own words over and over again.
Look, people have different typing styles on the NET, get over it. You're trying to make this the issue to escape from your accusations, which you refuse to acknowledge or substantiate in any way. I'm not intolerant of people, as I love them all. I do have a low tolerance for when people attack continuously, but very rarely offer any support for what they're saying. That stinks of ignorant fanaticism.
I didn't comment on others typing on the Net - just you and Jeff I have nothing to escape from - if your imagination tells you, you are being accused and attacked by me - well that sounds like a persecution complex, but far be it from me to accuse you of that. Look up the word fanatic - they are usually frenzied and will tell you all about what they think and believe - they can't seem to help themselves, and they have very low tolerance for those who don't agree with them.
The only accusation I've been referring to at all is that you said I "twisted the scriptures". I know you don't want to confront that statement, as you have continually avoided it, but that's all I'm talking about. I don't think it's at all unreasonable or "fanatic" to ask you to substantiate that remark with some kind of explanation, pointing out even one verse that has been "twisted".
Adam - I made it clear from the beginning that I woul not supply the answers that you wanted - but I have supplied those answers in books and paphlets and many have read them. - so your assumption is wrong - true I supplied the answers mainly for Christians but many Bahai's read them too. and really Adam, how bad can I be when I welcomed Bahai's into my home and allowed them to have several Firesides several in my home. Apparently , no other non Bahai did that for them.
I never said that you are "bad". This is the first I'm hearing of any "books and pamphlets" which is irrelevant to this comment board and the accusations you have made here.
You apparently fancy yourself tolerant cuz you've let other Baha'is into your home? Wasn't that just to get them to read your pamphlets? It's hard to assume you're a sincere little old lady with a thirst for knowledge based on what you've shown here. You appear more like a wolf in sheep's clothes. Those poor Baha'i teachers. Did you at least explain to them how they were going to be judged and damned by God, or did you force them to endure your endless prose?
Are you claiming that you know the meaning of this verse? That's funny, 'cause only the one prophesied to unseal the scroll is authorized to give the true meanings, which he has. I suppose you think it's Moses & Elijah or some other false Christian supposition for which there is no backing? The olive tree has always been a symbol for the line of King David.
zitan, okay, I'll bite; please illuminate us on what you think this means, because John doesn't say who the 2 are.
These 2 figures are mentioned earlier, and are painted with a much broader explanation in Zechariah 4. So, all of us "deceived" ones want to know: who are they?
Thanks for putting this video up. It's very informative and historically sound. I wonder how many Christians and Baha'is even know that He is from the throne line of King David.
Also, to further the thread, it is also wise for people to understand that under Shoghi Effendi's writings the BIC is his successor--which is the UHJ in embryonic form, therefore this institution with the delineated executive-legislative branches are mandatory harmonious aspects of it & cannot be authenticated outside of this divine delineation.

saacson,
The British monarchy is not descended from David on the throne line. The throne line of Kings went from Babylonian exile up into Persia until returning to the Holy Land with the coming of Baha'u'llah. Today the current heir is alive & well in the United States.

Adam, all your points are well-established. Abdu'l-Baha did delineate that Shoghi Effendi must accomplish his duties of fulfilling the UHJ--which according to BOTH Abdu'l-Baha & His grandson should have the PRESIDENT (executive branch) residing! bigmannn80 3 years ago
bigmannn,
What you are saying is that Shoghi Effendi broke the Covenant by not fulfilling his "incumbent" duty. That is totally unacceptable & untrue.
Are you aware that 'Abdu'l-Baha commanded that Shoghi "MUST" appoint a successor "within his life-time"?
Shoghi did fulfill his end of the Covenant, & did not fail as you suggest.
Good day.

Abdul bahai pass the throne to Shoghi effendi his grandson not Ibn Abbas as you mentioned becuase Abdul'baha has no son he has only three daughters.
Second the true house of justice in Haifa not in America.

Nezie,
Jesus never sat on the throne of David, as he said "my kingship is not of this world". The Davidic king alive at the time of Jesus was Liunan bar Babutan who was in Babylonian captivity in the area of Baghdad. This lineage continued from father to son to this day. The current Davidic King is the president of Baha'u'llah's UHJ (uhj dot net), the Kingdom of God on earth.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
that may have some merit, but If we look the way Jesus taught alot of symbolism was used when he spoke, alot of symbolism was used in the biblcal text period as i understand its a covenantal book old testament the Abrahamic covenant (land) the Davidic covenant (ruling at an everlasting throne) new testament we see it was fulfilled by christ he inherited the whole earth and he rules and reignsfrom an everlasting throne in heaven at the right hand of the father!!! do you agree?
Nezie1 4 years ago
Nezie,
Actually, Jesus sits at the right hand of the one seated "upon the throne" (all through Revelation) which is the Everlasting Father (Isaiah 9) that brings God's government to earth. The Covenant to David, which is one half of the Covenant to Abraham, says that there will always be a man seated on the throne of David, & that this throne & lineage will endure forever (Psalms 89). Jesus just didn't sit on this throne. His throne is different, & only heavenly.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
it looks like you are saying that Jesus is sitting at the right hand of the guy you are pushing to be your "Everlasting Father" how can this be!!!!! Jesus was seated before this guy was even concieved!!!!Jesus said before abraham he was, jesus was there at creation, Alpha and Omega, first to last, begining and the end. ( all through relevation) this seems to me that Jesus talks as if one who is everlasting. Jesus and God are one
Nezie1 4 years ago
Nezie,
The same way that Jesus was in the Plan of God from the beginning (before Abraham was, I am) so was Baha'u'llah, the "Glory of God". Also, the Everlasting Father is not God, as God is "Spirit" and "no man hath seen God", but that title refers to a potency of Revelation, just as Jesus is called "the Son". Baha'u'llah comes in the potency of "the Father" & actually sat "upon the throne of David"
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Adam - Jeff - you continually ask why I do not answer your queations - The answer to that is found in Matt. 7:6 - and still the whining continues - enough is frankly enough. End of the subject!!!!
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple,
Before you quoted Matt. That is, unless you can't stop.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
The words in Matt. 7:6 were spoken by Jesus Christ - hard to believe that anyone would think quoting Christ was childish - your insults have no effect on me - I consider the source. See if you can refrain from commenting further.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple,
Come now, certainly you can admit that ANY words, no matter who originally spoke them, can be used in a childish way. I don't know who think you're kidding if you think I'll refrain from responding to comments on my videos. I personally appreciate ANY comments, even ones as stagnant as yours, as they help get the videos more views. Thanks for the assistance.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
I wouldn't say childish; I think I'd go with boorish. Maybe pedantic. TTFN.
jeffmichaud999 4 years ago
Nasty to the end - look up the word pedantic - you're wrong again - sign off with a little class, if that's possible.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
TT,
How are you today? Long time no see. Boy, you must just love this video about the Everlasting Covenant, huh? Just can't get enough. That's great! It is after all the only thing that can bring Peace & Justice to this wartorn and weary world. Thank you for aiding in the projection of this Good News of the Kingdom! Cheers.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Timple,we find many intelligent Christians capable of pointing out verses to consider; most those discussions run there course, & we all walk away from it with new insights & better for it. But U see with U there hasn't been a "subject" to end, for it never began; U tried to attack us saying we're twisting the scriptures & when asked how U say U're unwilling to cast pearls before swine? That's what's astounding to me. You hold the record for words typed with zero to say. Congratulations.
jeffmichaud999 4 years ago
Timple, that's all fine and dandy. No worries. U just used 4 comment boxes to say basically nothing; other than to lecture me about civility. I was just thinking you might bother to use that time and space productively. Apparently not. You're here taking random pot shots at our beliefs and our teaching efforts. When asked what are we "twisting" in the scriptures your reply is that you have no reply. Well, your job is apparently done here. We're wrong, God'll be the judge. Dually noted. Cheers.
jeffmichaud999 4 years ago
Jeff I never had a job to do on this blog - the fact that you think I did is interesting. Your teaching efforts are of no concern to me and your beliefs I do not agree with. I have never said I have no reply, it's just not the one you want. At the end you agree that God will be the Judge and say dually noted - I presume you mean duly noted. at least I hope thats what you mean.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Jeanette,
If our teaching efforts are of "no concern" to you, why do you continue to watch the videos and comment? The truth is, you really don't have any reply other than to say OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again that you don't like how we respond. You refuse to enter into a conversation about the scriptures after accusing us of "twisting" them, & my hunch is that you're just sticking around to try and "catch us" saying something "mean" to you. What's up, really?
adamjacob9 4 years ago
As I said, I put away childish things - as my Lord said " don't waste what is holy on people who are unholy. Don't throw your pearls to pigs! They will trample the pearls, then turn and attack you." - a warning from the Lord is always suffices.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Jeanette,
If that's really how you feel about us and are going to judge us in that way, please refrain from commenting here any more, as I would hate for you to continue to waste your and our time. Sincerely, Adam
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Thanks for your insight and observations. Any comments on this video?
jeffmichaud999 4 years ago
Jeff - you indicated tha we were finished here - I have already said that I don't agree with any of the video's and my disageements have been well established in books and pamphlets - but you foolishly assumed that they didn't exist - this should serve as a lesson to you - Assumptions are very often wrong.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Jeanette,
What's up with you? All we can possibly know of you and what you've got to say is what you put forth in these comments. Your behavior is getting more and more childish by the moment, "this should serve as a lesson to you". Are you serious? The fact is you haven't presented anything here to us, so as far as we know, they don't exist. You seem afraid to put them to scrutiny.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
I quoted directly from the Bible- Matt, 6:7 and speaker is Jesus Christ. I notice you pick up words I use and you found it necessary to invade my privacy - bad move - You accuse me of all your own faults and yet you are unable to recognize them in yourself - I am tired of your constant whining and rudeness and your insistance that you are entitled to something from me. I have no more time to waste on you.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timp,
What does that verse have to do with the Everlasting Covenant? What do you mean "pick up words I use" and "invade my privacy"? Your name is right on your public profile. What faults have I accused you of? I've only requested that you back up your accusation with anything substantial. I don't feel "entitled" at all, but as long as you keep posting, I'll try to engage in a real discussion.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Timple, why would you engage in a conversation, then get annoyed and rude towards us for asking you to back up an accusation like "you're twisting the scriptures"? It's odd to you that we'd want to know the basis for this attack?
jeffmichaud999 4 years ago
I signed out as per your and Adam's request but you can't accept that. If you know anything about Firesides here - it is that the guest who does the listening and even in my own home I was the guest.- nice touch - little old lady - wolf in sheep's clothing. No I have never told anyone that they would be damned by GOD - I'm not God - I recognize that it is God judges everyone. now if you could manage to stop showing up on my e-mails , it would be much appreciated!!!!!
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple,
I didn't say you had to sign out, I said "if that's really how you feel about us" then you should stop wasting your own time as well as ours. As long as you keep commenting and engaging in discussion, I'm going to respond in the hope that someday we might actually get down to discussing the scriptures. Again, how does Matt. 6:7 relate to the Everlasting Covenant?
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Timple, I thought *you* were finished here, as U have nothing to comment about these videos, nor anything specific to contribute. I'm perplexed how you feel I "assumed" any of this, when I never stated any such thing, nor had U eluded to any of your writings before. U must be thinking another seemingly endless nonversation you're having. I am impressed at your ability to fill up countless comment boxes with semantics and rhetoric, so I have no doubt you've filled countless pages as well. Kudos.
jeffmichaud999 4 years ago
Keep up with the blog Jeff - I have no more time to waste on you - your insults, your nastiness, your whining, your sarcasam and your inability to remain civil - to say nothing of your arrogance - It's a shame - no one else seems to be corresponding with you - perhaps there is good reason for that.
Signing out as - per your request.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
TimpleTapper TimpleTapper,
I guess you haven't noticed that we're regularly busy responding to hundreds of comments, not just yours. God's blessings to you. "All are created by God"
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Love this approval pending thing you have on again. Don't you trust your Fellow men? by the way I am not one of the people trying to get your video's taken off the internet, although that I know some who are. As far as I am concerned you can stay right where you are and GOD will be yor Judge. IHS.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple,
Some people write in with only profanity, others post a dozen posts at a time just to fill up the space & push real discussions down. I'm wondering, do you ever plan to explain your accusations about "twisting the scriptures"? Or are you just going to keep trying to start an argument, just so you can say, "See I told you"? It's about time you bring your proof.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Tomorrow, I will cause to be placed before your UHJ the same message placed before the Haifa House - they understood they were neither being accused or attacked but receiving a very great difference of opinion and their reply spoke graciously to that. We will find out if your UHJ is equally gracious.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Jeff - when and if comments get past pending approval - You would indeed hate it if I chose to engage you in an arguement - but rest assured I have no intention of arguing with you and no intention of laughing at you
laughing at other peoples expense is so rude.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple, I was LOLing at the absurdity of the comment that you don't want to argue when that's exactly what you're doing; I wasn't LOLing you personally. There's no need to martyr yourself.
Is it too much to ask that state your opinion without the semantics? So far all we know is you disagree, and think we're disingenuously twisting the scriptures? What caused you to come to such conclusions? We don't need to actually argue to state our opinions. As Paul said, "come let us reason together".
jeffmichaud999 4 years ago 2
Jeff - you never diappoint - you were laughing at the absurdity of my comment and that still means you were laughing at my expense and then of course the silly comment about my being a martyr that's sarcasm. I never used the word disingenous- I hope you will learn the difference between opinions, comments, arguements and acusations.. you know even in the Bahai books that I have read, they suggest you always behave with civility.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple,
All you seem able to do is criticize what you perceive as negative intentions when typing. You must really be unable to provide a single instance of "twisting" to back up your accusation. Are you trying to cover up your earlier comments so you don't have to live up to them?
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Adam - I think you are sincere and you are making your best effort to put your beliefs before the public, while I do not agree with your beliefs - I can not fault you for your efforts with the video's - it is your replies to the bloggers that seems to be at odds with your message.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago

Please elaborate. Do you have anything intelligent to throw in here, or are you just an angry spectator on the sidelines?
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Do you ever make arguments using Islamic sources? It seems only natural.
5thWatcher 4 years ago
5thwatcher,
There's nothing to argue about. However, the Imams of Islam supported the throne of David and had the duty of protection of the line of David, as Hagar was the handmaiden of Sarah, so the line of Ishmael was the protector of the line of David throug Isaac.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
No, I mean like arguments using Islamic texts to show a proof for your religion, not one specifically against Islam. I live near a Bahai temple; I went to it once. I like the concept, I ought to familiarize myself with it.
5thWatcher 4 years ago
5th,
My comment is in no way against Islam, but is to point out that Muhammad commanded the Imams (His successors) to protect the line of David, which is the line of Baha'u'llah, because Muhammad knew the prophecies of the Bible for the coming Prince of Peace and 2nd Christ.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Also, there are numerous proofs from the Quran concerning the Baha'i Revelation. None have seemed appropriate however when having dialogue with christians about christian-related issues.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
No, I know. I guess what I am saying is, I'd like to see a video that shows the things your religion fulfilled that Islam predicted, other than just the obvious.
5thWatcher 4 years ago
5th, that's like trying to teach Christianity to Jews. You can, but they're just dug in about it. This is no offense to Islam, but the Ottoman's martyred our Founder, and about 20,000 of his followers. Baha'u'llah's coming is talked about in the Koran. Even says he'd come from Nur. But they think that Muhammed was the last Prophet, so the challenge is relating that we understand "Seal of the Prophets" differently.
damntheman19 4 years ago
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A 2nd CHRIST. Yahoshua came once to sow the seat of truth and will return to harvest. He will not WALK the earth for him is given a SWORD TO RULE AND TO JUDGE. The only one coming to proclaim his "greatness" is the anti Massiah the acursed one who is out of the house of Satan!!!
kuonankrma 4 years ago
kuonankrma,
I understand that the good news of the return of Christ can be a bit shocking. The word "Christ" literally means "an anointed male lineal descendent of King David", so the only ones who are "anti-christ" are those against the continuation of the line of David ON EARTH, as this is the Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Sorry, but no where in scripture it is said Yahoshua will come back to life and reignn on earth. His Kingdom is NOT OF THIS WORLD IT IS A HEAVENLY KINGDOM AND THERE HE WILL RULE!! HE IS OF Yshr'yl out of the line of Da'ud and from the tribe of Yehudi. The Yehudims are in Excile along with the 11 tribes o Yshrael. Go read the scriptures and ask Yahweh the Holy One and the Saviour of true Yshr'yl for guidance.
kuonankrma 4 years ago
kuona,
I didn't say that "Jesus" Christ came back to life, but that Christ "returned". See video "return of Christ" for explanation. Jesus is from the tribe of Judah, which is why he is called "Christ". However, he is NOT from the throne line which continued in exile in Babylon and went into Persia and now continues today in the United States with the great-grandson of 'Abdu'l-Baha.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Konankramer, mixing Hebrew and English doesn't make you look smarter, just arroganter. We get it, you like talking down to us. So as an authority on all this will you be providing us dimwits with anything based on actual Scripture? Noone said Jesus was coming back to life;the 2nd Christ had come. It can be shown how the Bible paints a picture of 2 distinctly separate Christs, not one. "these are the two annointed ones that rule the whole world"(Zch 4:14).
jeffmichaud999 4 years ago
Who said you where dimwits. Did I use that word and where am I mixing hebrew with English. By using the true hebrew names you erroneously call jezus? The truth is in the name of the son YAH-HO-SHUA meaning salvation is from YAH! who is YAH? There is One annointed!! Yahoshua ha Massiah! The same who bought us humans free from death through sin.
kuonankrma 4 years ago
kuona,
That's cool, use whatever language you want. However, the Bible says there are 2 anointed ones plainly in Zechariah 4:14. Did you read that verse as cited above by Jeff before coming back and denying what he had written? Do you go by what's in the Bible? Check it out - 2 anointed ones - TWO Messiahs.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Okay then, show me quotes from scripture together with context. Remember that scripture was written in Hebrew and translated. Do't forget to read ad xplain ni the hebrew context!!!!
kuonankrma 4 years ago
kuonan,
I just did. Read Zechariah chapter 4, he explains that the 2 Olive Branches represent the "two anointed ones who stand before the Lord of the whole earth." You said there is "One annointed!!", but the Bible says differently. Read it for yourself.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Aha..... & and where else in scripture is reverred to two anointed? Wouldn't Ayah tell us more of the two Msh'kh he would sent?
kuonankrma 4 years ago
kuonan,
Yes, and there is much more. All throughout the Old Testament are numerous detailed prophecies concerning Jesus and Baha'u'llah. We offer a Free education in our "Fireside" classes. The best thing is to come to our main campus in the Rocky Mountains. However, much of this info. is available online. Like to know more?
adamjacob9 4 years ago
thank you,I appreciate the fact that UR willing to share something with me,you consider valuable!!... However, I take my classes from the Most high and Yahoshua!! Shalawam brother
kuonankrma 4 years ago
kuonan,
Does God speak to you from a booming voice in the sky? Last time I checked, recieving His Message was conditional upon turning to His Messengers. I don't speak of myself, as I'm only a servant and follower of the Prophets. I suspect you don't want to know more about the 2nd Christ as it might conflict with what you've already decided is the only truth.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
:D nope, throuhg his word, the scripture and when I don't understand something I read I'll ask AYAH to clearify it for me. I don't decide what is truth AYAH established it allready!! AYAH certainly doesn't speak in a "boomig" voice to you! You see I know AYAH is never changing, failing himself or his words nor promises. That is why I can discern anything you present to me as truth ... YOUR TRUTH.
kuonankrma 4 years ago
kuonan,
So it sounds as though you're opposed to God revealing anything new to humanity, is that right? You're missing the point that God makes Himself known only through His Messengers, as the scriptures state. And if you close your eyes to the prophecies concerning God's Promised One for Today, then you have found yourself in Judgement Day, when you decide to either investigate the proof for Baha'u'llah or ignore it.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
we can all investigate Baha "u"llah but we will not all come to the same conclusion.
And it seems to me that it is high time that you respected that. YOU DO NOT SPEAK FOR GOD! YOU SPEAK FOR YORSELF and it's time you admitted that. You are not exactly a fountain of knowledge.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
TimpleTapper,
I respect your right to believe whatever you want. Of course I don't speak for God personally, but His prophesied Manifestations do. What's the problem here? Is there something in this video that you disagree with? If so, what & why.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Adam, I do not believe that Baha'u'llah spoke for GOD and that is not a problem for me nor should it be one for you! I have read the ridiculous arguements here and I have no desire to be part of that.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple,
Whatever you believe is not a problem for me. If you have "no desire to be a part of" these discussions, why are you writing?
adamjacob9 4 years ago
I wrote to say what I thought - that should be obvious - I said I have no wish to engage in ridiculous arguements and that is what I have read below when you engage with other people. Not discussion, arguements!!!
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Geez Timple, for someone who does not "wish to engage in ridiculous arguements" you sure do post a lot of comments throughout adamjacob9's video archive. All of which are defamatory and accusatory, yet devoid of specifics about your issues. You have now stated over and again "you're twisting the scriptures to suite your beliefs" without providing a reference for these accusations. You don't wish to engage in arguments? LOL. I'd hate to see you when you decide to then.
jeffmichaud999 4 years ago
I have said nothing to defame you or accuse you - I have offered my opinion and I have yet to make an arguement. Funny I have said the same thing to other Bahai's and they understand that I am giving my opinion - and when they much the same thing to me - I understand that they are giving their opinion.Nice that your laughing out loud - civility it "seems" is something you may not be familiar with.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple,
Saying that someone is "twisting the scripture" is certainly accusatory. I understand that it is your opinion (though as yet unsupported), but it is an accusation nonetheless. And considering the consequences described in the Bible for intentionally leading someone astray, it is indeed a very serious accusation. Care to respond and finally address this issue?
adamjacob9 4 years ago
The Bible does indeed say that there will be severe consequences for anyone who intentionally leads God's people astray and I must say if I were you, I certainly would be concerned about that! By the way this if the first time that you have brought this issue up to me. Worry alittle more about youself and don't waste time wondering about how I reach my conclusions I believe in free investigaion and using the brain that GOD gavr me!!!
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple,
Do you care to comment on this video? It is about the Everlasting Covenant of God, have you watched it? What have you learned "using the brain that God gave" you? How have I "twisted the scriptures" in this video? Are you even able to back up your earlier accusations with one solid example? Do you accept the Everlasting Covenant of God?
adamjacob9 4 years ago
I have watched all the video's you have on You Tube. I have learned that you like to have control, you like to call the shots - and there's the rub - I won't cede control to you. I could have said you attack much of what I believe in, but I have put away childish things. You are just giving your opinion and you sound a lot like clergy to me.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple,
The clergy of the world make their living off of feeding people lies for the most part. We don't get a dime, nor would we ever want any material gain from teaching the Cause of God. When you say "I won't cede control" are you referring to your inability to back up your earlier accusation? Take a look at your motives here. I'm just teaching, following the method & style of Jesus & his apostles.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Sorry Adam - You are nothing like my Saviour, your method and your style are your own and your words come from a man named Mirza Husayn Ali - who proclaimed himself to be Baha u llah - the Glory of God - the distinction being that he claimed himself to be the return of Christ and I have yet to see you offer an ounce of proof of that.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Jeanette,
The proof has been set forth. I don't know who you claim your savior to be, but I don't think most Christians would recognize Jesus Christ if he stood right in front of them, as most have an image of the "other Jesus" spoken of in the Bible. "All are created by God"
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Interesting you've engaged in this discussion with "other Baha'is"; is this like a hobby? Going about rehashing your dissenting opinion again and again? What are you hoping to accomplish by chiming in with your unsubstantiated accusations? Just wanted to share your "opinion"? Well share it already. So far you haven't shared anything specific; only your intolerance for ideas that differ from your preconceived notions about the Bible.
jeffmichaud999 4 years ago
It's a shame you can't remain civil- and you call me intolerant - well as someone once said "I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to death - your right to say it!" I believe in that statement and that does not speak intolerance. I suggest you read your replies to all the bloggers and then you will understand what intolerance really is - you will see it written in your own words over and over again.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple,
Look, people have different typing styles on the NET, get over it. You're trying to make this the issue to escape from your accusations, which you refuse to acknowledge or substantiate in any way. I'm not intolerant of people, as I love them all. I do have a low tolerance for when people attack continuously, but very rarely offer any support for what they're saying. That stinks of ignorant fanaticism.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
I didn't comment on others typing on the Net - just you and Jeff I have nothing to escape from - if your imagination tells you, you are being accused and attacked by me - well that sounds like a persecution complex, but far be it from me to accuse you of that. Look up the word fanatic - they are usually frenzied and will tell you all about what they think and believe - they can't seem to help themselves, and they have very low tolerance for those who don't agree with them.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple,
The only accusation I've been referring to at all is that you said I "twisted the scriptures". I know you don't want to confront that statement, as you have continually avoided it, but that's all I'm talking about. I don't think it's at all unreasonable or "fanatic" to ask you to substantiate that remark with some kind of explanation, pointing out even one verse that has been "twisted".
adamjacob9 4 years ago
Adam - I made it clear from the beginning that I woul not supply the answers that you wanted - but I have supplied those answers in books and paphlets and many have read them. - so your assumption is wrong - true I supplied the answers mainly for Christians but many Bahai's read them too. and really Adam, how bad can I be when I welcomed Bahai's into my home and allowed them to have several Firesides several in my home. Apparently , no other non Bahai did that for them.
TimpleTapper 4 years ago
Timple,
I never said that you are "bad". This is the first I'm hearing of any "books and pamphlets" which is irrelevant to this comment board and the accusations you have made here.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
You apparently fancy yourself tolerant cuz you've let other Baha'is into your home? Wasn't that just to get them to read your pamphlets? It's hard to assume you're a sincere little old lady with a thirst for knowledge based on what you've shown here. You appear more like a wolf in sheep's clothes. Those poor Baha'i teachers. Did you at least explain to them how they were going to be judged and damned by God, or did you force them to endure your endless prose?
jeffmichaud999 4 years ago
Revelation 11:4
" 4These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth. "
Me think you are deceived.
zitan17 4 years ago
zitan17,
Are you claiming that you know the meaning of this verse? That's funny, 'cause only the one prophesied to unseal the scroll is authorized to give the true meanings, which he has. I suppose you think it's Moses & Elijah or some other false Christian supposition for which there is no backing? The olive tree has always been a symbol for the line of King David.
adamjacob9 4 years ago
zitan, okay, I'll bite; please illuminate us on what you think this means, because John doesn't say who the 2 are.
These 2 figures are mentioned earlier, and are painted with a much broader explanation in Zechariah 4. So, all of us "deceived" ones want to know: who are they?
jeffmichaud999 4 years ago
