BTW I'm wondering recently how to use POVray to make wave simulations and render volumetric distribution of the orbitals of H atom from Schroedinger's equation. But I don't know how to make "memory cells" [store some values in array] in POV and if it's possible at all.
Video doesn't say which colors are positive and negative.

I use POVRay to create the frames, and virtualdub to sew them up into an avi file.
