Jews only started to form armed groups after arabs started attacking them so it's not like jews just came there and started bombing. The fantasy that Muslims have been at war with Jews for centuries is just that - fantasy. Israel has been at war with everybody taking over resources, creating refugees that show up penniless and desperate in neighboring countries, and you expect the Middle East to like them?
Neither does the United States. They don't want to recognize it because they don't want to offend Turkey.

Jews only started to form armed groups after arabs started attacking them so it's not like jews just came there and started bombing. Yes. The Palestinians have been cramped in Gaza and West Bank by Arab countries. This is one of their biggest crimes, forcing their citizens to live in a place that many of them don't want to live.
The Gazans are Egyptian citizens. They should be free to cross the border and live in Egypt if they should wish. The West Bank Palestinians are Jordanian citizens, they should have freedom to go to Jordan if they wish.

Europe would have had no interest in invading the Middle East during the Crusades, if Muslims hadn't attacked Europeans continually for over 300 years.

Far, far more Palestinians have been expelled and killed by the Arab countries than Israel. FAR more. For example, in just one month, Black September, Jordan killed up to 20,000 Palestinians. Kuwait expelled 400,000 Palestinians. And these are only a couple examples. I could go on for a while, listing the crimes of Arab governments.

Two things. First, I'm not a Jew. Second, look up the Fatah in any Islamic history book. The Fatah wars were the original wars of conquest, where Christians, Jews and other non-Muslims had their lands stolen and were killed. In India, Muslims killed at least 80 million Indian people. Over a period of over 1000 years, Muslim conquerers killed at least 100 million Africans. Facts are facts, history is history.

Because anyone who was considered an infidel, including other Muslims who disagreed with the status quo was simply killed. There was no trial like in the Christian world. If a person said something heretical, such as "let's stop killing infidels" they and their followers were simply killed. Large numbers of Africans were also killed, often just on the whim of one ruler or another. For example, one Sultan had an army of 10,000 Africans who lost a battle. He had them all killed.

It depends on how you define survive. There are no accurate records of the number of the total number of Jews and Christians killed under Islamic rule. But it is known that Egypt and the rest of the Middle East was originally Christiain. For example at least 90% of the population of Egypt were Coptic Christians. Today, they only make up 10% of the population. Between the massacres and the mass Chrsitian expulsion there aren't many left. Same with the Jews. There were periodic massacres.

Yes. Under force. They were forced to pay a special tax, the Jizzya, convert or be killed. Most of them were poor and couldn't afford the tax so they had to convert in order to not be killed.
