Your Crap site gives 14 days exchange and bill says 07 days & you give ZERO days, dont ever think customers are stupid/ foolish like you, we are smarter than you guys... but watch out your back, you might loose confidence of your fans. This incident made me to think twice when i next think of shop at Hameedia ......
they dont exchange coats, i told that you have given me 07 days on receipt, their answer was that is for other clothes ( Crap....) however they made a blue suit guy to come and attend, he took my coat upstairs bought it as a New and offered me to ware and see weather its fits, yes it did, but for my surprise it is the same coat ( they have removed the wool ( thread) ..... Why on earth these employees act in this manner they would have thought i did not know it.... CONTD...
I bought a 02 Formal Suits on 14th July 2011 at Wellawatte shop, and left one suit for altering the length of the trouser which i collected today 17th Sunday afternoon. When i brought it home i found some wool (thread) have come out from the rear side of the coat. I immediately went through the receipt, thank God, they have said within 07 days i can exchange with original condition so I took it to the same place and complained the Cashiers about it, for my surprise both employees told CONTD..
