@animeroxz227 Well I know how to do it from Vegas to After Effects but you can only have raw scenes from your footage. So know fades, no pan/crop, no fx, just split up clips. But yea, I don't know how to do it with After Effects but you could always render it.

@EnIgMoTutorials ya thats what i'm thinking but i'm worried that i would need a scene to split apart but it won't be able to spit if i crossfaded it :/ and i can't really edit on adobe after effects since i''m still trying to figure out where everything goes...but ya thxz for the help :)
