your just falling on your shoulder is whats happening, there are various ways to windmill, the basic one is (left handed) Left elbow under your ribs, right hand pushes away while you kick your right leg to the upper corner and swing your left leg in fron of it while just letting your hand and elbow slide down and you just ride it and walla a windmill
