I was driving in Saskatoon, on a very busy street, and out of nowhere this little econo shitbox with Quebec plates just cuts me right off! i mean, he was within a couple feet of my front bumper!!! After I honked and flipped him off, I saw him speed up and then cut off a city bus. lol well that may work in Quebec, but doing that in Saskatchewan would definately result in a major accident lol
I didn't see a women run over in a wheel chair or a hit and run or a impaired driver with 18 convictions or some one too tired to drive hitting a person. That is how les Quebecois really drive

Quebecois have no driving skills, this is why you have no fault insurance. No accountability.

I think I disagree about requiring people to know how to drive a standard.
From what I observe, it's selfishness that causes people to not be courteous, or let people merge onto the highway or to change lanes.
It's lack of experience that causes someone to not drive for road conditions and have a single vehicle accident.
As a driver of a standard, I don't see drivers of automatics as being less skilled or less competent.
