It is a Czechoslovakian film Sedmikrásky made in 1966 by director Věra Chytilová in the rare years where some social-critical films were still a bit tolerated (no more after 1968). Being experimental, uses surrealistic features. This part is an opening scene where the girls (kind of alegories of our time) decides to be spoilt as their surroundings and afterwards they really are - so the title is an irony.
