The insurance agencies are making record profits, the doctors and lawyers are corrupt when it comes to injuried workers. They discriminate against the poor for not having insurance. Even when people have insurance that covered the illness they have allowed people to die so they can just steal their money. We have an injust system, and more honest people need to fight to be doctors and lawyers. Now they're diverting pensions, health care, medicare, disability, vet funds, worker's compensaiton
Some lawyers make their money looking for ways to increase profits at the detriment to those who deserve it, knowingly or unknowingly. Companies are losing money and still yet giving CEO's Raises and bonuses. They are increasing premiums on malpractice coverage even if the doctor has no cases of malfeasance. Other lawyers are moving on cases that have no merit. Lets start at the top and work our way down to fix the system. Just because a few may be corrupt it doesn't mean they all are.
My objective is to say hey, look according to the Democracy for the few this corruption game has been going on for along time, so lets expose it and then try and implement solutions. Yes I do I get it through my employer at a group rate according to Hawaii State Law. We still have issues on rates which must be approved by a state board. We are getting there.We also have inssurance for non working and disabled ,but, it's still awork in progress.
Quite possibly,I am sure health insurance may be included in some jobs here,But for everyone-else,The size of the company that you work for, determines the type of policy that the you and your fellow employees can qualify for. BY the way we pay for it. Now I might be wrong but I don't think so. The key point is you have to be employed 40 hrs. a week how it works after your employment ends, I believe you make a separate agreement with your insurance company.

Yes I do I get it through my employer at a group rate according to Hawaii State Law. We still have issues on rates which must be approved by a state board. We are getting there.We also have inssurance for non working and disabled ,but, it's still awork in progress.

I agree raising taxes to do so is wrong
Nonetheless, for many reasons, (all of them wrong), the USA is unable to provide health care for its people
I sent my young colleague to China; and finally he could afford health care! And excellent health care I might add, (he is in Shanghai)
You bring up part of the problem: Health Care in the USA is far to expensive, (not to mention lousy!)
