I can relate to Charles Dyer totally. I was falsely arrested for DUI by a psycho "DUI bust expert" cop. The State had no evidence, just the lies of the cop. The State Attorney's Office knowingly prosecutes and victimizes innocent citizens for the politics and mainly for the MONEY. Typical law-abiding middle-class, (let alone poor people), American Citizens are being targeted for prosecution that leads to them being manipulated (threatened) into accepting plea agreements 98%+/- of the time.

from what i read it excluded H DYER from the mixtures and probability. and thus more states that the DNA matches that of C Dyer. its highlighted in yellow, now who is the Donor H DYER I dont know i assume a male family member and that C Dyer is Charles perhaps.. I dont know, but it is in my opinion after reading the OSBI reports that i seen pages 1/6 and 2/6 i would conclude that C Dyer DNA was present in the mixture of body fluids

This happened to another man here in Florida when the local govt wanted his lands , properties etc. They got a woman he evicted to state he sexually harassed her and offered her money for sex.. A woman who was known to have sex with the police here and do drugs with the police here. They also charged him with sexual battery on a child because they said he groped the woman in front of a minor ? And the asst chief of police was actually here was convicted of rape

DA lied to the jury during the trial and led the jury to believe the DNA of Charles Dyer WAS found with the DNA of the little girl. he told the Jury that there is a possible 2nd rape victum and this is how the trial ended! All of this information was a flat out LIE.. !These results show that there is zero evidence to charge him to any rape crime. And then when you hear the DA tell false information to the jury about these results you realize that this is a set up.

I've written about this on one of your other videos - you must have read it. One of your/his supporters went and re-read it and realized that he was not excluded, but then stated that the report you are stilling useing to proclaim his innocence "was not worth the paper it was written one." By this report that you show, the DA did not lie. So, seriously, WTF are you up to?

DNA covered up? Generally DNA evidence is the first thing used in these types of cases if there is DNA. Why wouldn't his defense team get their own DNA evidence to prove is innocence?

Dyer's DNA was found in a sperm sample. Why not? He slept there. He may have had sexual contact with his girlfriend there or he may have had a nice dream.  This lone sample doesn't indicate a perverse act took place. Still no proof of a crime.

The most potent evidence though is that which is lacking. The alleged victim of rape was Dyer's own biological daughter. Her DNA was excluded and did not match any sample taken. The alleged victim's DNA was NOT THERE!

I have learned so much more about these DNA results and feel I have a pretty good grasp on how to interpret them.

The type of DNA that is found in skin was identified from C. Dyer, his girlfriend and her daughter. This does not mean rape...not even close. Think of how many kids jump in bed with their parents at night when they get scared or climb into their parents bed on a weekend morning to wake them up to go to the circus. Epithelial DNA (likely from skin) is not proof of sexual contact.

Somebody tell me why the first document says "H. Dyer" is excluded as a possible DNA match to the collected samples. Who is H. Dyer? On the second page, it says that "C. Dyer" is a match. Doesn't the "C" stand for Charles? I am confused and would appreciate an explanation. Thanks.

I don't understand the very 1st image which exludes "15A, H. Dyer." Where does the "H" come in to represent Charles Dyer? Isn't Charles Dyer's DNA represented as "15B, C. Dyer?"
