If I may, mridangam accompaniment played a little louder (as commented earlier) would also have been appropriate. But very nice anyway!
Beautiful adaptation of raga Jog on the violin and acoustic guitar. Only downside is that the sound of the percussion (tabla) cannot be heard clearly enough. Fantastic performance though!
actually it isn't quite nattai in carnatic because jog doesn't have the higher n which nattai has. i don't think jog has a perfect equivalent in carnatic music.
Really amazing that the western people r playing this beautiful Raga Jog. Their rendering is excellent. Hats off to u and carry on.
