I thought about that too, but seeing as she started the books in 1990, had the idea before that, and they were published in 97, I'm pretty sure she'd have to have most of these names and little details worked out by then. I assume she finished writing it around 95, because it takes at least a year (usually more) to get things edited and published, and she was even rejected one... so as interesting and kinda cool as it would be, I think it's "mostly" a coincidence, if not all.
