If you're getting this error code 80023102 you're practically screwed, this error seems to be around for years now and the problem has never been resolved. Oh and btw Sony seems to be really pleased with this error code, Because everytime the error code pops up on your screen your credit card/debit card get charged by 1 dollar or pound whatever currency you have.

well, here's my predicament. i tried buying stuff after updating my system to version 3.72 and i got the message saying funds "could not be added to wallet" when i tried putting cash in. NOW however, it says the error code and no longer says the previous message. I've tried to do it online, and the site is down for maintennance, and i re-entered my credit card info multiple times.

Should i just wait 24 hours, or is there a way to bypass the error and get my money into the store. need solution
