can you explain this process a little? Why is the final product so clear? Is it just because it is diluted? Why extract with iso, then reduce, then re-desolve in alcohol, mix with water, and filter? I'm interested in the science behind this..

pretty well done, however you could have used a more non-polar solvent such as hexane or chloroform, which would extract more cannabinoids and less leaf pigment, which is why your product looks very green. But thoses solvents are harder to get and more toxic then rubbing alcohol. But if you ran your extract through a chromatography column then you could have an end product which is even more pure then just using non-polar solvents and be free of choropyll and other pigments. but very good work!

@FrozenThree I think its green because he let it sit in the alcohol then squeezed it. Most people just 'wash' the alcohol over the weed once dissolving just the thc crystals. There is no reason to let the weed sit in the alcohol.

Just a few comments: professionals seem to get better results with a much shorter extraction time. I guess it isn't as important to have a pure product with this tincture, but it would probably do a lot for the taste. Secondly, it's wildly irresponsible to claim that THC cures these diseases.
