Thanks to this turotial and several other "Jad Prayer Practise" videos, I have trained my newborn son to grow up to be the ultimate Jad slayer. At the age of only 4 months, he can now differentiate between the 2 "Range" and "Mage" Jad attacks by lifting his right and left arms up in response to the two sounds.

I am currently streaming a 12 hour loop of this video while he sleeps and expecting results very soon. Hopefully by the age of 2, my son will have got me my first firecape.

I only needed on range pot... I use 1 dose at the first 360 & 90 wave, 360&180 and then another at 360,180,&90 wave and save the last dose for jad, seeing as the only things that do Dmg at jad is the healers I don't really need to worry about redosing

If I needed 100 diamond (e) for jad then I'd use them. But obviously I didn't so I saved the inventory space for something that might actually prove useful. The only time it's "sorta fail" is when you have to use diamond (e) to kill jad..

As long as you have the prayer level for Protect from Ranged you can do it with a good ranged/hp level. def helps a lot too obviously but you can do it without if you have the know-how and skill.

Yes, super restores are prayer pots, but you don't have to use a full inventory of them with the brews. when you're killing the 360's, especially the first waves of them when there aren't any lvl 90s, you'll find you will need to restore your prayer and not worry about your defence or hitpoints, thus you can use normal prayer potions. I personally don't recommend it because you can accidentally use one instead of a super restore if you brew and don't realise it. If you need to save cash it helps

And also, it helps to balance the bonuses of items and your levels. If you have a high range lvl and low defence level, then I would recommend the d boots because it helps with your lower defence. The opposite goes for snakeskin boots. This advice can be used with most of the equipment you use. I personally don't suggest using guthans because you can only really use it successfully on the 90s. I would just use veracs helm for prayer bonus and save the inventory spaces for pots.

you're right, that's good enough. idk what you're doing wrong, maybe you don't have enough prayer bonus from items or something.

Your range level might not be high enough to kill the 360s faster, making you waste more prayer than you should... your defence might not be high enough to keep your hp up when the 90s are out, you might make too many mistakes like being accidentally melee'd by the 360s or 180s. you just gotta figure out what you're doing wrong and change it or your strategy to make it work

It depends on the spawn. in my opinion the hardest wave is the one with the 360, 180, and two 90s. if the two 90s are stuck, pull the 360 to you by getting out of it's range but be careful not to unstick the 90s. the 90s should be doing the damage to you if you get damaged because you need to stick the 180 and pray mage from 360 anyways. i prefer killing the 90s first, then the 360 to save more prayer, then finishing off the 180.

I'm pretty confident that was because I was praying when he started the attack. If you turn your prayer off as the attack is coming, like a mage attack or range, it will still protect against it.

the levels are good enough, depending on your prayer level. i would suggest using veracs plateskirt instead of d legs though because of the added defence and prayer bonus. prayer bonus helps a ton. =)
