hi there girl,im a hairdresser and last night i have a client who wants to have an updo i did what she says until we quarrel that she wanted to do it that way. we missed understood each other cause she did not explain to me that she wants volume on her hair i just did a curly hair and pony tail just an updo.now that i've seen your video it gives me an idea and this will help me a lot. I love love love love you! I'm a hairstylist and sometimes get stressed out over updos, kinda like that feeling that your client is thinking you don't know what you're doing because you're taking out pins and putting them back in. It's never perfect the first try but always turns out beautiful!

My hair is probably an inch longer than yours when its curly but i have really thick hair! What would you suggest for that cus i feel like its to thick to do that messy kind of style. My hairdresser had trouble doing something like that when i had prom. She said it was too thick.
