Well, if the video of all the Actives walking out of the facility is even close to true it seems like Adelle and crew will need rather than just use Echo, Victor, Sierra and November.

It'd be interesting if through some twist Echo ceased to be and that Caroline and the rest of the real personalities were left intact but kept carrying out their missions as normal. That'd make for something completely different.

Sub heads in promos are part of the toolbox. The goal, of course, is to make sure the entire season airs. So, little events need to happen once and a while. Doesn't take away from the fact that this is a great episode of science fiction television. In fact, the rest of the season is fantastic.
