@Spacecoastz Thanks. Yeah, this particular time the freeway driving was extra suck. Too easy to think about stuff. Saturday morning, I didn't want to get out of bed. But motels do insist that you leave by checkout time.
It says you need OIL!!!!!! LOL. Great to hear you are home safe and sound. I also contacted Chuck to make sure he was okay. You kids are making an old man out of me.
1723 miles is not a bad figure... yeah... its sad to hear about the accident on the gap... didn't know of him... still think its insane that road doesnt have limitations for vehicle length... I've been on so many roads that have far less curves that have the 30-foot length rules, etc.
TN and NC need to cooperate on getting that section of road closed off to those big trucks. I heard Friday night that someone else got taken out by one of those rigs. And a number of people had close calls with them during the week. Ike missed one earlier in the week.
