ahh elyse. you should try [dolsot] bibimbap. it's a rice dish that's mixed with an egg, veggies, beef. hot sauce is optional but highly recommended. dolsot is when it is in a very hot stone bowl. the crackling sounds are fun to listen to. but if you don't like it hot then just try bibimbap on its own. in my opinion it is the most delicious korean dish.
