  • I love it but one thing i hate is the blood sauce, Its gives me felling of gross, Imagine having blood as your sauce, Id rather stick to the traditional Suka, Toyo, Bawang mix, It makes me feel clean and fre from a yucky imagination--Nice cooking bro!!!

  • There is a kind of congees(like rice soup) which was very popular when I was a child. I always wonder one of the ingredients inside which was a brown stuff cubed, I didn't particular like it but with it the congee tasted better than others'. Until one day I went to the open market with my mother, I was horrified to see some buckets of fresh pig blood there and she told me that was the brown stuff in the congee, ever since I never order it again. One of the innocent childhood's memories.

  • The bagnet's skin is crunchy and full of flavor and the meat is never dry or flaky, unlike lechon kawali... Bagnet from Vigan is the B-E-S-T!

  • @ruelrreyes It is very similar to dinuguan... Original Ilocano dip recipe is simply raw pork blood from freshy butchered pig and marinated in salt and sugar cane vinegar, a sort of kinilaw..... Bagnet is a sort of crunchy pork with dinuguan dip....(",)
