aight here is a challenge it is called the gallon challenge where you have to drink a gallon of milk (4 liters) in 1 hour or half gallon challenge where you have to drink a half gallon of milk (2 liters) in 30 minutes. The only rule is u r not allowed to puke but after you have completed the challenge you could puke as much as you want. lol. However, if you do puke record it and post it on youtube. You would have so much views. lol. U could try it with other liquids to if u dont like milk
I LOVE soda pop! It keeps you awake when you're sleepy and have things to do. However, you shouldn't drink it too often, like me. Two or 3 a week is good enough, I guess. Too much caffeine can give you nervousness, irratibility, trembling, headaches, heartburn, and an irregular heart rate. Believe me! I'm reading my 7th grade health book right now which I completed in, I think, 2004 or early '05. (I'm homeschooled!)
Wanna know me, I'm USED to drinking pop. I can have it gone in less than 5 minutes, and I've NEVER had any throwing up problems before with drinking it fast! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!! X)
