i met moose before a white sox game a couple of years ago, he was walking around the home plate talking to news reporters and other people. my dad noticed him and moose came over (luckily i had a ball in my hand) and signed my base ball, he was such a nice man, he always knew what to say and always seemed happy
A great man! Class all the way. Overlooked. Good as an first baseman in the 50's.A winner if there ever was one.
