@apocolypse1022 the show is in sf, not in asia. different standards. i get out plenty. it doesn't matter if it's asian, latino, italian, or a truck vendor, it's all about underreporting profits to cheat on taxes...every restaurant gets audited and most don't make it to the 7 year maturity date to make a profit. Tony and I both been to restaurants in Ho Chi Minh and Hong Kong and even there they don't do popups, only the legit has staying power. Darwinism is lost on some people evidently.
