O.T., it seems like the Japanese word for
"Wait! What did you just say, rob't?" (Hai)
is the same as the word for
"OH!!! Now I understand you rob't. Continue with your explanation" (Hai, hai hai.).
Must be some subtle pronunciation difference that distinguishes the two. Is there no end to the fascinating things to learn about Japan?

@capitalistdingo, I see what you mean. When he used 'hai' in a question, the tone went upwards. Whereas an acknowledgement was monotone and/or repetitive. Japanese robotics are far and beyond the rest of the world, IMO.
