Please send us your money, because we need it more than you. It's not that I don't care, but my own family is going through financially hard time. We worry about where our next meal will come from. So often aid is sent over-seas, when there are people that are suffering right at home. Charity should start at home, and then when our own are stable, we should look outside to help others.
When you have meningitis, you don't wait for the treatment, this is a disease that can kill in 4 hours. You need treatment STRAIGHT AWAY.
