  • All men are dead spiritually. They are dead to anything spiritual such as Salvation, they can't understand it nor do they feel a need for it.Just as Jesus allowed Lazarus to die to prove both who He was and that He has power over death,we are also shown how a dead sinner must be raised to "spiritual life" before he can come to Christ. Regeneration of a dead sinner must take place before that sinner is made able to both, hear and see, then he is called to come just as Lazarus was.

  • There will not be one person in Hell that Jesus died for. Those who end up in Heaven will be there because Jesus died for, and took the wrath for all of their sins on the cross.Jesus died for specific people and all their specific sins,God poured all the wrath out on His Son for these specific sins, of HIS people. If God poured out all His wrath, for all men's sins,He would have no wrath left.Of course we know that God has plenty of wrath left to pour out on the wicked.

  • opening song "Simple Minds Don't You Forget About Me" now if i state why is a song about the world in a song that talks about Jesus, of whom has made it clear about this world and everything in it, if i state why is this song being used, a reply will be "thou shalt not judge".....amazing how Satan made this world blind and deaf.....

  • To say that Colossians 1:24 is referring to Christ's suffering on the cross is to take the verse out of context. In fact, going back two verses we see that Paul tells the Colossians that God has already reconciled them and in God's sight they are holy, without blemish and free from accusation. In context, the afflictions that are still lacking are the ongoing afflictions that Christ suffers through His servants as they are persecuted for spreading the word of God in it's fullness.

  • Jesus did pay for all sins and purchased salvation. The only way to recieve salvation is by repentence and belief. If God were only to send His son for "chosen elect" then all prophets before christ would be in hell, because his death wouldnt have been neccesary. They didnt have a savior yet still entered heaven. So then these elect would would not need a savior.

  • @HisGrace71 Jesus didn't "purchase salvation." Jesus purchased those sinners that the Father gave Him, and atoned for all their sins forever. Jesus promised the Father that these very sinners the Father gave Him will never perish. They will be raised on the last day. See John 6... and watch the entire video while paying attention. We are not justified by works.

  • This is NOT Christianity!!

  • @magnus56j says who... you?

  • @zkueker88 Says Jesus. This video is based off of the blasphemous teachings and strange man-made doctrines of John Calvin. So it is a Calvinist video, not a Christian video. John Calvin hasn't understood a thing that Jesus taught, and perverted the context of Romans 8 and 9. He taught strange things like double-predestination. Calvinism thinks that God is a god who excessively hates His creation. Utter Blasphemy!! BLASPHEMY in this video!!

  • Jesus himself taught us that if we do not forgive others thier sins then we will not be foregiven our sins: Matthew 6:14 Jesus also claimed to be the truth the way and the life. I think you make too many false assumptions. We each have a choice. If I buy all the books in a bookstore and each book represents an individuals salvation, yet people refuse to take the gift I paid for, thet choose not to enter into the relationship based on what I paid for and offer.

  • Haven't watched the second video yet. From this one, we aren't that far apart in belief, and we both know that it is the blood of Jesus that saves us. That makes you Christian, and I have never doubted that. Those men should be ashamed to talk on the air like that about someone, over a simple disagreement. Sorry for all the comments, but want to address all the issues, as you requested. If you want to chat in email, can PM for that.

  • The thieves on the cross demonstrate this. One turned to Jesus, and was forgive. The other cursed Him, and was lost. As for a child, well, a child of 13 is most likely old enough to make a decision, and we can't assume she had no chance. A baby, though, would be saved. We know this because of King David's baby. He said that child was with God. Not the same as their terrible example, which I agree; they offered to make you look bad.

  • They are wrong (no surprise) on Peter. Jesus spoke of Peter's faith, not the man himself. Catholics use this because they are taught to, to support the idea of a pope that can lead them. it's a control issue, and always has been. There, we agree completely! You were right on Muslims, too. Unsaved is unsaved. The law written in our hearts means all have a chance, and those that don't accept are not saved.

  • I have to add, those men were horribly rude, and their behavior was completely uncalled for, and not befitting a professing Christian. They did the very thing they accused you of doing. They lied as well. We don't agree on some issues, and you never blocked me. Always polite in responses, willing to discuss, and that shows your character. Theirs was a bit lacking. Of course, to them, I am "lost" as well, being Baptist.

  • That is the same thing, I believe, that causes our disagreement. Jesus dying for all still leaves the possibility for some to reject Him, and we are told some will, and that is the "sin unto death" that Jesus Himself speaks about in those verses. That one sin WILL NOT be forgiven. Universalism is wrong. That isn't, btw, what I believe. Not by works, either, as accepting a gift isn't a work. ONLY His blood saves. He simply allows us to walk away if we choose.

  • I can see some of the frustration; you are dealing with Catholics, and their confused doctrine. I can also see the heart of the issue here. The problem is the sin unto death. Jesus died for the sins of all, but there is ONE sin that He will not forgive, and that is rejecting Him, not believing. Matthew 12:31-32 and Mark 3:22-30 address this. Catholics, those at least, act as though the ONE actual "deadly sin" isn't at all, and that others are. That is their mistake.

  • @LadyGreenEyes964

again, LadyGreenEyes, context is everything. Matt 12:31, for instance, is talking about blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. not unbelief. unbelief is not the same thing. Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is accusing a miraculous working of the Spirit as a work of the devil. are you trying to deny that Jesus paid for all sins (i.e. unbelief)?

  • @zkueker88 - The verse is clear that ONE SIN will not be paid for. No matter your interpretation of what that sin is, it isn't forgivable. Doubting the Holy Spirit is doubting God. Unbelief at the core.

  • Hebrews 2:9 - "But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man." EVERY MAN, that believes. Not all, not universalism, but ALL that CHOOSE to believe.

  • Romans 2:10-11 - "But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: For there is no respect of persons with God."

You can't simply ignore all of these verses. People choosing isn't universalism. he did die for all, but not all accept. It's not complicated.

  • @LadyGreenEyes964

context is everything. the text is saying that God's good work is not restricted to the Jews only, but that His good work is extended out to Gentiles as well. God doesn't favor one race or group of people over another simply because of their background or works.

  • @LadyGreenEyes964

all of whom? all who believe. i refer you back to John 3:16 where it clearly shows that particular people will be saved. these particular people are those who believe. not everyone believes. Jesus didn't waste His time dying for them. not an ounce of Jesus' blood was shed in vain.

  • @zkueker88

There are those that profess believe but do not believe.

There is more to a belief in Jesus then just faith. John 15:12-14 would be a better motto for all Christians.

  • In order to make men responsible, they’ve done away with God’s sovereignty; if we didn’t appropriate Christ’s atonement AND we could have only be saved by divine interposition, then what a bully God is.. But, as with the life raft, God is ready to save. But we are dead on the sea bed (eph 2;1), having drowned OURSELVES in rebellion (john 3;19). And as a corpse is motionless, so are we to the foot of the cross (romans 3;11).

  • Good work, Zack

  • I submit the theological position that Satan was FULLY DESTROYED on the cross by Jesus Christ. That when Jesus said, "It is finished" , Jesus referred to the destruction of Satan. I submit that God, being Sovereign, thus applies that destruction of Satan (which is salvation from sin and atonement) only to the elect in this life by REVELATION of Jesus Christ by the Spirit. I submit, that the destruction of Satan culminates at the return of Christ necessitating the salvation of the reprobate.

  • The reason it was necessary for Zach to keep asking the same question is because Mr. Benko is blatantly contradicting himself. Did Jesus pay for all the sins of those He died for, or not? Benko answered "yes," yet at the same time, he answered "no" when he said that there is a part that Christ does, and a part that we must do. If there is something you must do in order to be saved, then Christ's death on the cross was merely a necessity, but not a sufficiency. So which is it Benko? Yes or no?

  • The death of Christ is not a provisional measure, but actually secures salvation; it does not just make sinners redeemable, but actually redeems! ~Joel R. Beeke

  • @zkueker88 Yes. But can you seriously consider Hebrews 2:14?? The scripture states that Jesus Christ WHOLESHOT destroyed Satan on the cross. Just as our sins are destroyed into nonexistence in redemption and salvation -- not just in part but the whole. See, when you destroy Satan's Kingdom -- by destroying Satan -- Satan's kingdom is not divided. In other words, it's not even possible to "destroy Satan in part but not the whole". If Satan was fully destroyed on the cross... and he was...

  • great video Zack

  • If God has already chosen the "elect" in predestination theology, what's the point of even debating the Bible? 2nd question, If you seem embarrassed to say that a 13 year old rape victim will go to Hell, why do you have a higher(IMO) moral standard than God? 3rd, how do you know you're one of the elect, when almost all Christians feel that they are too? Thanks in advance to anyone that would like to answer.

  • @tex959

although these questions have little relevance to the point of this video, i will briefly answer. 1) for the same reason we do already...because God commands it, because God predestines the means as well as the ends and because we ought to have a heart inclined to obey Him. 2) Who is "embarrassed to say that a 13-year-old girl will go to hell"? 3) knowing you're one of God's elect is like knowing you're saved since the ones elected are elected for salvation.

  • @zkueker88 I said, "you seem embarrassed", because of what seemed to be a nervous laugh, I may have been wrong. Many “know” but few can agree on basic tenets of salvation. If knowing is enough, then many of the Muslims and Mormons are saved too.

  • @tex959 The Bible can defend itself, it doesnt need to be debated over to find out what it actually says. God gives us His word to make the way of salvation clear, not to confuse people and cause arguments. If u let the Bible speak for itself without taking verses out of context or trying to import your own presuppositions / traditions into the text then its painfully clear what God wants to communicate to us. "I do not pray for the world. I pray for those You have given me out of the world".

  • @Scottles293 thanks

  • @tex959 the first two were answerd but the problem to the third question is that most so called""christians"" ""FEEL"" saved does not make them saved feelings are decieving JESUS said you will know them by their fruits those must be the fruits of the SPIRIT in gal; but also by persevering in falth not in and of themselves but because GOD persevere

  • @patriotsfan1379 thanks

  • @tex959 You said thanks in advance to whoever would answer the question. Here's what I believe you need to examine. WHY are you asking the question?? WHAT inside of you will cease to exist in the presence of an ALL POWERFUL GOD who RULES ALL?? What part of you will "go out of existence"?? Ans. SELF. Revelation of the Sovereignty of God is the path to SANCTIFICATION through SUBMISSION by REVELATION of JESUS is LORD. Your thinking is from the position of self - not spirit born of God.

  • excellent video! I have to admit though.. you didn't really expect a Romanist to understand Particular Redemption did you? lol ..

  • You can't save someone who doesn't want to be saved, in Jesus' case, you won't save someone who doesn't want to be saved. The logic works in that the option is open, but not many will truly accept it.

  • @morsusmihi We cant save anyone. Its Christ who saves. And He saves, those he wants to!

  • Faith = Salvation + Good works.

    Not:

Faith + Good works = Salvation.

  • You're completely wrong becuz you don't understand the power of the cross and what redemption really is -- its the destruction of Satan who holds the power of death -- who is the spirit of sin. God can save the elect today -- becuz Jesus destroyed Satan on the cross. On the Last Day, at Jesus' return, the flesh, this world, the devil, sin, death, and hell all are all completely destroyed into nonexistence. That's redemption. Inversely automatically, all are regenerated thru that fire.

  • Don't forget the cross. Do you realize that the POWER OF FORGIVENESS OF SIN - is the ANNIHILATION OF SATAN PERSONALLY? You can't forgive sin without destroying Satan. Satan is not fully destroyed today - just in relation to the elect. Satan will be fully destroyed on the last day. Hebrews 2: 14Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

  • Hello Zach thanks for posting this video, you did a great job!

This guy Benko, pretty much hammering about "cooperation with grace" so where in the Bible can we read this.....well nowhere! gues again Benko! Ok, you said, we can cooperate with God". Ok, what does Jesus Christ says "No man can come to Me....( John 6:44 ) ...that no man can come unto me.. ( John 6:65 )... for without me ye can do nothing. ( John 15:5 ) and futher ....who were dead in trespasses and sin. ( Eph 2:1 ) and Rom 8:7

  • @TheReformedchannel Amen. Either God will save us wholly by His own grace and power -- or none will be saved. We don't cooperate at all in and of ourselves -- which is what he means. Rather, we gain a new spirit that is moved by the Spirit to say, "Jesus is Lord". We do nothing in and of ourselves. Not one thing. (But, keep in mind, that God saves the dead by destroying Satan. What happens on earth is only one level of God moving to save the dead. He saves the dead on the Last Day too)

  • You will be forgiven as you can forgive. You are lifted up as you lift up and edify others. Jesus says to do unto others as you would want done to you. How you want Jesus to welcome you into His kingdom is how you should welcome everyone around you despite their religion, creed, color, sex, orientation and so on. Treat everyone as if they were Jesus. Much love

  • Read Mathew 25. Jesus says that whatever you do will be done unto you. If you are not doing His works then you are not going into eternal life. Don't be confused with Him saying that you get in by your works because that is not what He meant. What he meant is what is in your heart? Do you do as He does because you love and Jesus flows through you or are you doing the work to get in? You must be genuinely His. Much love

  • ad hominems, straw men, genetic fallacies and incoherent analogies.... *face palm*

  • Is it possible that Jesus paid for the sins of every single person, but he only gives His righteousness to those who have faithn him?

  • @Scottles293 No. Faith is righteousness. He gives faith to the elect -- and they are righteous by faith. We have no righteousness in and of ourselves. Because we have no righteousness in and of ourselves at all -- therefore since faith is righteousness -- we have no faith in and of ourselves at all. God saves us wholly by grace granting faith, whereby we are made the righteousness of God in Christ. Salvation is 100% a 100% work of God by grace in the elect of God who God chooses.

  • (cont...) and then he boots you out of the room. -__-

  • "Zach Kueker is one of these people that when you challenge him online...when you challenge his anti-catholic bologna, he blocks you from his pages and runs like a little girl. Zach Kueker is somebody who is afraid to get into an honest debate."

lol... ad hominems all throughout this.

  • Zack, Irresistible Grace: 7 O LORD, You induced me, and I was persuaded; You are stronger than I, and have prevailed. I am in derision daily; Everyone mocks me. 8 For when I spoke, I cried out; I shouted, “Violence and plunder!” Because the word of the LORD was made to me A reproach and a derision daily.

  • @6qrents 9 Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.”

But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not.

    Jer 20

  • I apologize for my English. The 'lacking' passage from Colossians refers to santification. Read the context brothers. Paul is talking about the mystery 26 the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints. 27 To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which[d] is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Paul is saying that his sacrifices are moulding him to the image of the Christ.

  • @6qrents 29 To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily. Blessings!

    :]
