@JudeMaris WOW, FINALLY :) Thank you man! After Alexander, He is my second hero. He was a badass of the badasses hahaha. But i thought you were going to use the other bust where he is wearing a helmet and has short beard. To me, that's i think how he must looked. I don't know if that bust is acurate, but that's the only one i believe in. Maybe this one it is the most accurate one since there is many of them. But thank you again, and keep the good job. You are talented! Take care.
I would love to see you reconstruct King Alfred. There is a huge statue of him in Winchester so it shouldn't be too hard to get a template picture.
And just in case you need some other ideas; Boudicca, Aphrodite, William Shakespeare, Mona Lisa, Pocahontas, Queen Elizabeth I, King Henry VIII and The Two Princes (Edward and Richard) - just a few. =)
“For Rome, who had never condescended to fear any nation or people, did in her time fear two human beings; one was Hannibal – The other was a woman" (and you have done them both amazingly well!!) Beautiful work! I need new adjectives!!!
@JudeMaris are you aware of the coins that were found near where one of the battles took place that has African features. it has been carbon dated to the time of the second Punic war. many archaeologists are saying this may be the image of Hannibal
@kingzula I am aware, as much as I am aware that there are presumed coins of Hannibal without African features (both versions have an elephant on the other side of the coin). I addressed this issue in the video description. Without consistent information, no definite decision can be made either way, no matter how compelling the details are.
@JudeMaris well though i'm wont try and pretend that the coin is conclusive evidence that Hannibal was an African, but the one that has the "African features" was dated to the the time of the Punic wars while the the one that has the "Roman features" was dated about 100yrs later. the Romans did use elephants in their arsenal after the Punic wars. and many(but of course not all)archaeologist are now implying that he may have been African. so what he looked like is conjecture at best.
nice job
