An Easter Walk with Truman G. Madsen - Part 1

I add my love and appreciation for Truman. What a great example of one who has become one with the Savior. Its my hope to be half the man he is, because he's touched my heart so profoundly I realize how important it is to continue bringing souls to taste the joy of Christ like he did.

Truman was one of my favorite teachers ever. I feel so lucky to have discovered his books as a missionary. What a powerful speaker he was, and what an amazing testimony he had of the Savior.

When I was a grad student, he spoke at a fireside at the UofU about 10 years ago. I recall vividly the oil press discussion (3:25). I don't think I've ever been more moved in any gospel discussion.
