That's the OLD Tardis that the First Doctor used.

And the sonic screwdriver has changed loads of times! It's a tool that the Doc found in his toolbox in the classic series, there's obviously more than one!

One could say that wood is real, whereas plastic is manufactured and 'fake'.

It's wood, just with a sort of blue swirley-effect on it that makes it look all shiney and stylistic.

hmm those last few pictures were very interesting!

that blonde woman is the woman from silence in the library. and in those episodes it seemed to be making a point that she knows the doctor very intimately(ie. whispering his name in his ear). So I'm excited to see whats going to happen! :D

ah man, cannot wait to see the first episode- as mikehunt1963 as commented it does seem to pay homage more to the 1960s of doctor who, hes dressed bit like patrick troughton and she reminds me of his companion zoe. and i much prefer the tardis in a lighter blue finish again like the 60's and 70's. It is sad that david tennent is going but if he had stayed on for a couple more years he may of overgrown his portayal as the doctor as did tom baker who did 7 years should of left after 5.

Doctor Who is FAMILY show. It's for everyone. Kids included. Why else does it have a toyline and merchandise AIMED at kids? If it were for "older teens", it would have anything like that except in comic book stores.

i didnt like his clothes at first but, i see what they are trying to do their making matt smith into the mold of a classic series doctor who so people who are new to the series can get a feel of what the original series of doctor who was like very clever. i wonder if they changed the interior of the tardis? it would be brilliant if they made it like the orignal tardis interior but, updated it wow that would be fantastic!
