You could add rigging his own election to that list of things Musharaff has pulled. That case is before the Pakistani supreme court right now, which as an institution has been at the center of the protests against him for most of this year.

I think he suspended the courts with the constitution.
With the exception of it indicating cheney is physically capable of getting a boner this is a pretty accurate portrayal.
