after that, go step by step in the religion. and prepare your parent with kind words and good behaviour to them.

Read the story of Abraham from the Quran, for Abraham was just a youth when Allah guided him, and his father was an idol-worshipper who threatened to kill his son... you will find guidance in it. Also many of the first generation of Muslims had families who would hurt them in one way or another for accepting Islam

I absolutly love this! That was wonderful with the "Leno / Iblis" scripts. I'm not sure why some of the Muslims left the halafa because they have no idea what they were missing. May Allah guide them in the right direction.
