  • @caliprincess510 normally with workouts no more than 1 mintue no less then 30 secs

  • @caliprincess510 usually i start out with 3 sets of 8, then onto 3 sets of 10, then 3 sets of 12, etc.... remember listen to your body. And i usually up my reps every week or two.

  • no such thing.

    unless you go completely overboard and start doing extensive muscle-building exercises with weights.

    the majority of exercises that don't use weights (or very light weights) are just for toning your muscles and increasing fitness, and the fitter you are the sexier you look :)

  • I still like to do the "8 minute series, because the guy has that great 70's / 80's style work out music that is so corny! You should think about adding corny music and those black and white vertical striped tights too! Really "stylish"! ; - P

    I am in relatively good shape and that last one just kills me! The 1st time I could barely do all 10!

  • this is probably such a dumb question but does working out your chest decrease your breast size?

  • Toning your chest actually lifts the chest muscles making your breast look bigger. Losing weight will make your chest decrease in size.

    When you loose waight, you´r breasts will get slightly smaller (mainly containing fat) BUT.. With workout for chest and breast muscles they will get much more firm, some even experience a slight "lift". chest muscles have a great deal to do with how breasts looks ;) So dont be affraid to tone them, maybe they reduce a little, but gets a better look!

  • I love doing all of your videos! I try to do them everyday. I alternate between upper and lower body excercises, and most days I do abs because that is my problem area. I am hoping to get in shape over the next couple of months because I want to have another baby and want to start out in really optimum health - pregnancy takes alot of a girl! Also I am eating healthy, taking vitamins and trying to be more active in general.
