Sorry, but that just isn't true. When Harpoons hit their target, the warhead actually explodes. On an exocet, it turns out to be a dud more often than not. One of the 2 that hit Stark failed to explode and the one that sank Sheffield only did so because of the fuel spreading a fire. The warhead never exploded and a well trained DC crew would've saved the vessel. I think Exocet has better electronics in the missile, but the warhead is unreliable.

But that was my point, that's how much the Fitz sucked, they fucking send you to mast for a funny YouTube video! That year they sent 4 times as many people to mast than most other ships.
