Nice job. I notice the front wheel spindle is on the underneath side of the forks , if you can swap the forks around so it is top side it will be easier to steer and more stable.

@mattis40 you know shit as evident by your comment..the shake is due to the rake and has no berring on if your dropouts come from the top or bottom, this is custom(the front end anyway the rest is a stock schwinn) so they are not back wards... you can stertch out without the shake and ride difficulty i have a few choppers with really long front ends that ride fine,you can ride with one hand or turn round on a sidewalk...this thing would take a whole lane or better to turn 180 deg.

hmm.. i designed and built one i the early eighties. im still looking for someone to come up with the same design i had back then. If you place the seat so low that its level with the center of the rear wheel and get enough back support you can maximize the power of your leg muscles. I could ride anywhere anyone else with normal bikes could. Even the steepest streets :)

A sissy bar does nothing for the handeling. Im a custom builder myself and had that same wobble effect. I put gears on both my choppers and it handles way better when you can limit the rotations your legs make. Sweet lookin ride, mine are of the rat rod look. Ill post some vids l8r
