Alright, so Metalfanlb and mine comment combined:

KBD uses magic in all his breaths, and either using an antifire pot or shield will reduce damage if you prtect mage.

HOWEVER, if u use BOTH antishield and pot, mage protect will NOT HELP, since the damage of the breaths is reduced to its minimum (still not beeing zero tho, max hit will still be 10 or so with breaths)

nice guide, but I wanna say 2 things ;P :

1. ring of wealth does NOT help for visage, 100% proven...it DOES help for better drops tho, so I would strongly recoomend it at KBD

2. KBD attacks with a mage attack sometimes, so rangers can take prayer pots and pray mage ;) altho dragonhide gives good mage def , so depends on how rich you are, since prayer pots may be too expensive for just a littel bit less dammage taken...

Note two is ridiciously wrong, like I have already told you, if using an antifireshield and antifire potion, protect from mage doesn't make any difference in the hits you receive.

But your first point is absolutely right, while only few people realise this.

you could definetely kill it with that kind of range lvl, and as for your defence, it shouldnt be too much of a problem since your away from his melee attacks. Id reccomend u go try it out.
