  • this village was called Lodhiabad also known as Dandhbai. It was inhabitant by 800 people. In earthquake side of huge mountain broke and slided on top of this village burrying everything. There was no trace of this village left.  This also blocked two streams flowing into river Jhelum later causing this lake. Imagine people under this lake.
