@winterjo517 Work on your trunk and upper body flexibility as well as your lower back and abdominal strength - that will definitely help. Then just keep on practising (and practise it the other way too, you'll be glad you did). Good luck!
Thanks for the advice, I'll keep that in mind. That shit you do with your legs right at the begining, after the steve... that's really awesome. I've been working on incorporating the lower body into contact for a while, but it's damn hard. the legs don't have the same coordination as the arms... plus they're busy holding your weight, but you've given me some ideas to work with in the future.
Your the reason i started contact staff! :D
