  • this is lame kind of lame! i want more explosive exercises to develop fast twitch leg muscles, not slow twitch leg muscles. this looks like the kind of exercises they do in pilates for old people... common, young and active people aren't gonna do these unless they are doing recovery and not prevention

  • @phantaz666 what an ignorant comment, many knee issues can be caused by weak hip abductor. do a research then go actually see a doctor before posting that kind of comment.
