@Deedee512000 - Hi Deedee - to get the fullness, I have to wear both a 5 hoop crinoline and 8 layers of still net petti's ( a six layer and a two layer, i also wear a short pettis under the hoop crinoline in order to keep the shape around my waist, the rustling is great, and the feeling of wearing such a huge skirt (be it a bit clumsy at times, especially with the mask !! ) is what every one of us need to experiance, taking it off makes me sad !!
